Took awhile to get the windows in. I am just barely within their service area, but when Ardmore came in, the windows were replaced quickly and efficiently. Very well pleased.

Terrible. Didn't show up for their appointment after confirming it with them the day before. Weren't even courteous enough to call.

The repairman arrived at the time promised. He quickly found the problem with the three windows needing repair. Two were fixed on the first visit which was set up as an estimate visit, including finding and fixing a problem with a crank window that two previous companies had been unable to fix. The third window required replacement parts which had to be ordered. On return visit, repairman arrived at time promised and made the necessary repair quickly. Very good service at a fair price.

The Ardmor team was very friendly and professional, and they did a great on the repairs.

After searching around for months trying to get someone to replace damaged patio door glass, I went to the internet and googled the same. Up came Ardmor. Receptionist very pleasant, explained to her I lived in Forks Township, just a little north of Easton, Pa. She said that was just about at the end of the their service area, but she would send somebody. He arrived right on time, gave me a quick estimate, very reasonable. I paid a third after the estimate and then scheduled the installation. They arrived today on time, very courteous, took their shoes off when entering my house and then surveyed the job, went back outside and in about 45 minutes, I had a brand new replacement window, installed, sparkling clean. Paid them the balance which was exactly the estimate quoted. Can't say enough about these young men on how professional, courteous and quality oriented they were. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Their motto is " Repair it don't replace it". Literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Would recommend them highly. If you are in the Lehigh Valley Area I would suggest you call them for any kind of estimate for windows, glass replacement for patio doors or any kind of custom glass replacement for your home. Hope I don't need them for awhile but if I do, I'll call them right away

the entire transaction was smooth and professional. The amount proposed by Angie's List was accepted even though my window was a little larger than the agreed on size. The window was measured and I was given an estimate of when they would be back to install the new window. They were very prompt; the installers were professional, polite and swift. The new window looks fine and the installation appears like new. I would strongly recommend this company for any window repair, replacement and installation.

Both Oleg and Igor were very polite, punctual and complete each other's work well. They were very careful about everything, taking off their shoes as soon as they got in, changing the window outdoors, removing and reinstalling the window treatment and asking permission to put screws on my wooden table. The whole thing was done within 30 minutes and they even took with them any trash, including the paper towels after cleaning the window. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Ardmor Inc. did a fantastic job on our new windows. The price was extremely reasonable (I saved thousands off my quote from Power Home Remodeling for the exact same window) and the craftsmanship is excellent! I would definitely recommend them.

I bought this special while on an extended trip, so was not trying to hard to schedule the service. Ardmor tracked me down and was responsive and flexible with the fact that I was traveling. They were sure to get the service dates on the calendar and came as scheduled. They came out and measured and then tracked me down again to get the installation done. There is not much to tell about the service as it was all done so quickly and easily. My window size was a little bigger than what was covered on the special, but they did the service for the special price. I would definitely use this company for windows again.

The person who estimated the repaid was very nice and thorough. He also came back when the installer was doing the repair and helped. Everyone was great, work was as promised. they cleaned up everything and were extremely pleasant.

I cannot say enough good things about Ardmor!! They are wonderful! I was unaware that you could replace double-pane glass in windows that were fogged up. I thought I would have to get all new windows, especially since they wouldn't stay open and I had to use a hunk of wood to keep the window up. I hated these windows. HATED THEM. Every time I looked at the gross, moldy glass and had to open one and prop it open with wood, I would curse them. Ardmore came out and now I love them! Clean glass and windows that stay up! All for much less than new windows. Yay! Sales and work crew were very polite and professional. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and got the job done. You couldn't ask for anything more. I will use them again for other window repairs and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Asked Home Depot first for a quote and they recommended replacing the whole stinking window for an outrageous price -- totally dishonest! Ardmor came another day to take a look and give me a quote. Appraiser gave a me a price right there and then to replace a glass and it was way below what Home Depot quoted. Plus when they came back with the new window after just a few days it looked amazing!!! Thumbs up all the way!

Big deal - responsive, showed up on time, had to leave due to flash storm and rescheduled in a timely fashion. Replaced rotting wood at base of casing on large 1880s original doors that we are restoring. Installed new trim between doors. Added brass kick plates. We were nervous at first that they didn't seem familiar with older doors but did a good job matching fairly seamlessly, grain is very close. We did not ask them to stain. Warp in doors seems a touch exacerbated and as a result they are harder to close, but could be because we never had a straight piece of trim on before. Fair price overall, happy with it although I wish we could have gotten a little more done for what we spent - recaulking, stripping, etc.

It went well. Mike was very professional in coming out and looking at what needed to be done. And he was flexible when my schedule needed to change. The price was higher than I anticipated; I thought $165 for some lumber to repair the wood around only two windows seemed high, plus I needed to supply my own paint. But the work took longer than anticipated so I suppose it all washed out in the end. The work was very good and I would hire them again. The sole reason I rated responsiveness as "good" and not "excellent" is it took a series of emails to receive the quote on the rest of the work that needs to be done. But I have it now as promised.

Arrived on time each day work was scheduled. Did as much work as possible outside and sealed off interior work areas. Did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. All workers were courteous and well mannered. All work done was as promised. The windows were approximately 100 years old and some of them were in very bad shape. After the work was finished it was if new windows were installed. I am very grateful to Ardmor Inc., for helping me preserve and maintain my older windows. Wooden windows are much more attractive and last much longer with proper maintenance then those vinyl windows that are available these days. I would take old wooden windows any day.

It was good. When they got interrupted due to a storm they rearranged schedule to come back sooner than planned to finish
