The technicians were polite, professional, friendly and provided fast, quality service. I will probably need this service again in the future and will definitely call them.

The communication was problematic with the office. My association requires workman's compensation for workers being hired and the company doesn't carry it. The worker on the job was willing to sign a waiver which I printed out. he only reason I wouldn't use the company was due to restrictions from my housing unit which made the experience problematic. The quality of the windows and the worker was exceptional. If I owned my home I would use them.

They arrived several hours later than their appointment time, so someone should've called to let me know, but otherwise, everything went great. Would definitely hire them again.

Two service calls were required, first to assess the problem and second to bring and install the needed parts. The person doing the repair was not the person who assessed the problem. Both came before their scheduled time and asked if they could start early (without any pressure). The first person explained in detail what needed to be done. They were both very professional and courteous and I am totally happy with the repair.

Dropped the door off and picked it up in a few days. Done to my satisfaction.

Purchased the deal for one window, added a 2nd, and they held the price. Representatives were prompt for both the evaluation and the repair. Everyone was extremely courteous and as opposed to another vendor I had out to evaluate the windows, Ardmor was clearly very knowledgeable and instilled confidence immediately. On the day of the repair, they not only removed the sashes to work on them in their truck keeping our house clean, but it was raining, and without even asking, the tech removed his shoes so as to not dirty our floors. This was without a doubt one of my best experiences in a long time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

they did excellent work even it's out of their way (>50 miles). with estimate then actual replacement, they demonstrated their professionalism and courtesy together with patience.

We are very happy with the work. First they came to do the measurement. The staff is very polite and professional and he spent time with us to say exactly what needed to be done. After about a week, two staff members came the first thing on Oct. 11 to complete the job. Everyone we dealt with are so professional and Jen is very helpful. Two replacement and quality windows look great to us. Now we know who to call when we need to replace windows.
