This is not the company to represent you to your customers. Our customers complained of long wait times on hold. Additionally, we received an invoice for $78.68 but we were charged $234.69 on January 13. Two months and several e-mails later we have never received a credit for the amount overcharged. Tobey and Shonda can't say when a credit will come - when they do actually reply to e-mails. The service was never great - in fact we lost some customers because AnswerNet couldn't follow our policies to notify technicians of service needs in a timely manner. Don't waste your time with this company. Leaving them was our best decision.
