+ -1 moreThe telephone attempt at enrolling in new service was a disaster. After 40 minutes and being kept on hold multiple times, I was disconnected. I later enrolled online. The e-commerce site was easy and quick to use. The contrast between the telephone and online experience was remarkable. The trash bin was delivered promptly. The trash was collected promptly. The 73.98 USD that I cite above reflects non-recurring charges. There was 35 USD start up fee added to the first bill. The quarterly charge is expected to be 63 USD: 19.75 USD per month plus env. and fuel charges.
Description of Work: Enroll in new service and trash pick up.

+ -1 moreEventually seemed to get it right, but when moving into a new house, issues with trash pickup is a big pain.
Description of Work: contracted for trash pickup. Took 3 weeks to finally get the schedule correct. Missed us on two other occasions. Since our pickup is scheduled for Friday, there is no recourse till Monday then they finally picked up late Tuesday. Since then they seem to have finally gotten us on the schedule and are doing fine. From what we are told they are a little expensive, but prepaid the entire year to get a discount that seems to bring the price into the range of the other collection services. Not sure if we will renew next year, but will see based on pricing and service then.

+ -1 moreThe garbage collectors are always prompt and courteous. One week, I had forgotten to put the garbage out at the curb and only realized it as I heard truck pull away. Within seconds, I received a phone call from a customer service agent asking if I had garbage for the week. The collectors came back to my house to pick up the garbage. I really appreciate that they took the time to do that.
Description of Work: We use Waste Management for weekly curbside garbage collection.

+ -1 moreThey are pretty reasonable. If they are going to be late or if it is a holiday, they always call us to let us know. They work on schedule and on time in the morning. They really do a good job and I trust them. We did not had any bad experience with them.
Description of Work: I used Waste Management for garbage collection services. We still use them and they collect the garbage every Tuesday. I pay $76 for three months service.

+ -1 moreI thought the price was a lot for a trash pickup. Overall, I thought the experience was really good. One thing that did catch me by surprise was they expect that you pay 3 months up front and advance to start their services. Even though the price is kind of high, the service has been exactly when they said it was and they were very professional. I would use them until I find someone cheaper.
