Description of Work: Was suppose to return in the spring to run a roller and reseed. Did one section but hasn't come back to finish. This was not in the contract but was verbal to check in the spring as it was too wet in the fall when the initial work was done. Stones and holes through out the yard making it hard to mow.

Description of Work: Took down 4+ garage, leveled ground, reseeded, put in french drain, remove windows from mobile home and re seated and re-caulked, repair ceiling from damage not done right by previous owner. repair raker in carport. Very good workmanship, professional, completed when said it would complete. Highly recommend. Priced a little on the high side but doing what he said and completing on time compensates for this.

+ -1 moreExcellent workmanship, was done in the time stated on the contract along with the contracted price. Owners and crew were very hard working. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: tore down a garage, excavating for drainage problem to include a french drain, reseat and reseal windows, repair trusses and put in new drywall on ceiling.
