Description of Work: Had a service appointment set up for indoor pest issues. It was raining the day they were supposed to come. They never showed, and a woman called after the weekend to explain that they didn't come out because of rain. I'm sorry but that has nothing to do with what I needed them to do inside, but even if they did, the professional thing to do was to call and cancel with me, instead of me waiting around for them. Didn't even get an apology.

Description of Work: Humphrey's Pest Control came to my home at a time that was mutually agreed upon. He sprayed the outside of my home for Box Elder Beetles and a hard shelled worm. He 'educated' me in the ways of these pests. He has been to our home many times in the last 25 years for other pest problems. He will call me at the proper times of the year to remind me that it's time for his visit. We have dogs so he is very careful to use the right sprays that are safe for them.
