carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreWorst guy I ever used for any service . Very rude on the phone when the issues were brought to his attention - Cancelled the service and they came and did it anyway when I wasn't there and billed more than the quoted price. Failed to clean under some furnature as in the quote. Definatly would NEVER use this guy EVER !!!!!!
Description of Work: Cancelled the service and they came anyway to do it- Quoted a price and billed more than estimate - Did a poor job of cleaning didn't move some of the furnature to clean underneath as per the quote . Was combative when brought to their attention. Definatly the worst experience ever with carpet cleaning- Would NEVER use them again EVER---

+ -1 moreOverall it was the worst experience that I have ever had in 30 years with anyone doing any service for me.
Description of Work: Did not show up on scheduled day; Ignored a cancellation for services , entered my apartment house without permission and did a poor job of cleaning the carpets . Did not move the only two pieces of furnature in the entire second floor ( 2 beds) so no cleaning was completed in those areas. Billed me more than quoted and harassed me about paying. This guy is your worst nightmare in the business. Would NEVER hire them again period!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreWonderful experience. Wayne and his crew are always on time, and very nice. They work hard and do a very thorough job. The carpets and furniture always look wonderful when they are finished. I would never use any other company.
