The Berber carpet was installed in a large room and had to be pieced together. Instead of putting the seam in a low traffic area or discussing with us the possibity of a visible seam, the seam was put right through the middle of the room. At first when we questioned it we were told it would be made right, we were later told that there was nothing that could be done and it is in the fine print of the contract that this could happen. The has seam has raised up and has made what was a very expensive carpet look cheap and carelessly installed.

They made everything very easy and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I plan on using them again in the near future.

I went in to order carpet for my bedroom. I had the square footage from the company that capeted it last which was 220 square feet. I picked a print and they did a quote and said I would have to put half down so I charged 537.00 to my credit card. The following Monday they were coming out to measure just to be sure I had the correct room dimensions. They were very late showing up and after measuing said it was way more than what I had thought and they would call and discuss it with me the following day but in case they did not I should call them. I had not heard back from them so I called that Saturday. I was told it was 150 additional square feet. I said that was immpossible. I said I had measured the room myself and had the measurements from the place that carpeted it last. Later in the day the manager called me back and told me because it was a pattern, they would have to seam it and that would take 150 additional square feet. I said I wanted to cancel my order then. It had been over a week and it still had not come off my credit card. When I called the following Monday the girl I talked to said she would remind them to credit me. She said that they normally tell the customer 7 to 10 days. In the meantime I searched for the same exact pattern on line and found a company that was offering it for much less money. Out of curiosity I emailed to give them my room dimensions to see how much additional carpet I would need for the pattern match and it came out to be an additional 72 sq. feet. Called on day 10 and am now told that I have to physiclly come in to have my credit card swiped before they will credit me.
