Douty's Pest Control

Description of Work: We use this provider annually and they have always done a great job. Most has been preventative applications. However, once we had a problem and they returned to treat the area to correct it. This was completed at no extra cost to us.

Description of Work: Inspected contaminated area, and perimeter of house. Sprayed the affected area as well the house perimeter'Came on time. Time will tell if spraying was successful.

Description of Work: I have been a Douty's customer since the purchase of our home in 2000. When we bought our old farm house, it was infested with black carpenter ants. We would go to the kitchen, turn on the light, and the ants would scatter everywhere. I have Douty's come in and spray around the interior and exterior of the house, and haven't had a problem since. I do occasionally have them come and spray if I see an increase in bugs in my home, and always make out good. They guarantee their product, so if they spray and you are still having an issue, they will come and do it again at no charge. I've never had to take advantage of that service as they tend to take care of the problem on the first visit. We had them come in June to spray for carpenter bees that were drilling holes in our deck we just built last year. Haven't seen any of them drilling since. Great company to deal with, always friendly.
