 + -1 moreTheir customer service is quite variable and as long as you don't change anything everything is fine. Trying to talk to a Comcast Rep. is good or bad depending on when you call. It's the only fast internet service in town so there's little choice.
Description of Work: This is just a evaluation of Comcast in general. No services have been required by them after original install in 2007. I have gone to the office in Williamsport once or twice but nothing worth writing about.
