Bower Electric was on time for both the quote and the actual service call. They were very professional, kept the work area protected with blankets and cleaned up after themselves. The work took 5 hours because they had to run new wires, make sure the new bracket was securely mounted to studs, etc.

Initially the experience was great. I was not charged for the estimate. I was quoted about $12,000 for the entirety of work - approximately $6,000 for each unit. What I actually got was charged for them to come back and fix their own mistakes, they simply claimed that it was my mistake. 4 receptacles didn't work, the range hood/vent hole for the cords to be wired was in the wrong place, and the wired up my oil furnace, which isn't something I wanted done at all, as I was paying them to install ELECTRIC baseboard heat in both units. On the downstairs unit alone, I've paid about $8,000 and the work still isn't completed - I refused to allow them access to my home any further, because I wasn't about to be charged for their mistakes again. When I corresponded with them about the discrepancies and inflated billing (already about $2,000) over the quoted cost for the unit, I got disrespected and told that my opinion is irrelevant. They refused to reimburse me for incomplete/incorrect work, and as of yet I still don't have my house key back from them - they haven't returned it. I would not ever recommend this company for any type of service.

The staff at Bower's Electric, to put it in one word-AMAZING! They were very prompt at helping me with an immediate problem, and continued to return anytime I needed anything as time went on throughtout my constructrion process. They completed the job in a timely fashion, and everything was perfect for codes! I am extemely glad that I found them! The prices were fair, the staff was very nice and very prompt. I will use them again!

The new lights are great. Our garage, before the installation, was dark and it was difficult to see without opening the large doors which let in bugs. Now, the garage is as bright as daylight regardless of the time of day or night outside. We can find the tools we need and take care of the cars without having to open the large doors.

He looks prompt; he came right on time when he was supposed to come. It was really great at a great price.

They returned my call quickly. The service man was prompt, nice, neat and knowledgeable. My problem was easily fixed and he showed me how to save money on one of the problems. A+++++

They have done work for me previously. His prices are comparable. I would use him again. They are very good and I would fully recommend him.
