The staff were friendly and helpful in choosing the appropriate fabrics for the intended use. The fabric options were incredibly extensive and it took 2 trips of looking at them to make a decision. The staff provided samples of the fabrics being considered. Marty, a staff member, has a wonderful sense of color and style. She made the selection process easier by mentioning the pros and cons of each fabric under consideration. Gary, the owner, was also very helpful in determining the amount of fabric needed the size of the cushion for the pew. He also showed me some of their completed projects that were waiting to be picked. I was impressed with the quality of work. My final fabric decision was made in late July. I provided them with a deposit being required. when I signed the contract. At the time, I was told that it would be 8 weeks before they could begin my work. Their estimation of time was accurate and I was happy that they were up front about the time frame. Another upholsterer that I had talked to previously, but did not use, kept making promises of when he'd be able to do my work but always had a reason why he couldn't meet the promise. Not only did he string me along for over 2 months, he was also much more expensive. I stopped working with him and found the Barn Fabric Center. Once I dropped off my furniture, the work took about a week to complete, which was shorter than I was initially told. The quality of work was excellent and I would use them again. In fact, I'm now having my couch reupholstered so all the living room furniture is coordinated in terms of fabric and color. The estimate given for this project is after Christmas and I'm sure their estimate will be correct and the quality of work will be good.

Staff very helpful in choosing fabric, of which they have a huge selection. Quality of work exceptional. Performed work in reasonable time frame, both jobs were completed before the time they told me they would be done. Price reasonable. Both jobs family heirlooms. Will use them over and over again.
