we purchased a home, while new had been tied up in probate court, from a lot in western Pa. we received a 1 year warrenty on the home, we kept contacting the agent who sold us the home and had us sign a warrenty contract with his business Galazia Homes( don't ever use them! check with the BBB before using a business don't rely on recommendations alone) our warrenty period was fast running out when I contacted Tammac Holding co.,( Galazias are not an employee of Tammac like he said) and Tammac was so understanding of our situation that they extended our warrenty for a year with a real warrenty company! even adding extra to the agreement! I am so pleased I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The gentleman that took care of out problem was so professional and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours!
