+ -1 moreSears contracts out to another company for these services. The provider that came was awesome. He assessed the problem, gave me the estimate and then searched the local area for the part. He thought he may need to come back another day but was able to leave and immediately find the part and come back and fix the dishwasher. Extremely professional. The cost of the part itself was expensive which is why I rated lower on cost.

Description of Work: I thought I had a problem with my tv, there were broken lines across the screen. The technician came, looked at the problem, tried the dvd mode and stated that the problem was not with the tv but with my cable connection. Since he did not have to do anything of any significance, I was not charged anything. Not even for his coming to my house. I gave him a hug and thanked him. Called my cable company and all was fixed.
