Old Time Masonry

Contractor came and did measurements. He said he would get back to us that evening. It is now 3 weeks out and never heard back from him.

Never even got a quote. No response.

Came out and looked at the job and never provided an estimate. Called him a few times and was told it was coming and we never got one. He even had plenty of suggestions on other things we could do to the property as well.

I did not use him because of his estimate. Just needed repair work not a new brick patio!

How did it go? It didn't. Never received the estimate we were waiting for.

Never returned our calls. Never gave us estimates. Just a looky-loo and that's the last we heard from him.

It went very well. The project was started on the date indicated. The work was completed in the time frame promised. They cleared the snow from around the foundation before they started. They made the foundation repairs, dug below and added the wire mesh then completed the project with a stucco finish. I chose the color I wanted for the finished foundation. The contractors also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess behind. It is now 6 months since the work was completed and the foundation looks great. I am very pleased with the work done and like that not only was it a repair but it is also aesthetically pleasing to look at.

It went very well this contractor is amazing I love my new chimney and would recommend him to anyone in the future. Taking down the old chimney was not an easy task, there were layers and layers of paint to get through and they achieved this in one day and the next day the new chimney was up and will last me longer than I will live plus he is beautiful no longer do I have an eye sore chimney

Removed and replaced stone veneer on chimney and repair cap. |Roy provided a reasonable estimate on cost and started the job within time given.(Roy helped to pick replacement style for the stone as the original was dis-continued) He also explained what the job required to be done correctly. |His employees were professional and the workmanship was excellant!!! |Roy was on jobsite daily to supervise and help workers. He answered all questions and did some additional worked as asked. |Very pleased with the work and results. |Job site was cleaned and all debris was hauled away. |Will use him again next year for additioinal work on driveway (concrete apron) and installation of concrete pavers for sidewalk.

I really wanted to use this contractor. He seemed professional, made good suggestions when he came to look at the site and then things just went downhill from there. I had to bug him for a proposal. I made some changes to what I wanted and never received the amended proposal. I guess he was just too busy to get back to me. I

Called Old Time Masonry twice for an estimate for my project. The first time they never called back and the 2nd time I called them they said they would be able to give me an estimate without coming out to look at the project and they would get back to me. They never called back!

He was very good. He did great work for the price I paid. He was on time and got the job done quick.

Roy and his crew were a pleasure to work with! He coordinated all of our pool construction (pool house and pool) and made some fantastic recommendations of other contractors. Roy also provided us with many suggestions including different designs and ideas we probably would have never thought of. He made our massive pool project a breeze. The only thing that worked against him was a particulary rainy summer. His work is impeccable. The retaining walls are massive and he truly has the ability to provide wonderful structural work. The stamped concrete around the pool looks amazing. I would highly recommend Old Tyme Masonry to anyone!

I was pleased with his work. He was very good. I am going to use them again in the spring. He explained everything before he started working and why he was going to do it that way. He cleaned up everyday after himself. He was very professional. I would recommend them.

They were very prompt and always showed up early. He worked with me on what kind of brick I wanted. He gave me the warranty for the wall and explained it to me. They were also very clean. I thought the price was very reasonable.
