+ -1 moreIt did not go well. I took my laptop in to NEPA Geeks to have the power jack replaced. I asked when it would be ready and was told "next week". I called the following Friday and was told they had to order the part. (I told them what part it needed a week earlier.) I called the following week and was told they were waiting for the part. The part was very inexpensive ($3.75), so I ordered it that day which was a Friday afternoon. The part arrived on Monday. Needless to say, I picked up the laptop (which looked like they didn't do anything to it), and I sent it to a computer repair shop in another state. I had it back seven days later repaired.
