Still waiting on a new door the company refuses to replace their mistake and give me a new door and I will not pay more money for a new door....

Overall, they were very good. They were efficient and knew exactly what I wanted. Their quality was excellent. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

We were happy that they were able to fix the crack in the window. We were afraid it would have to be replaced, but they worked with us, came out, and fixed it for us.

It wasn't a 24-hour service. They came and took measurements. I called the next day because I didn't hear from them and they said they took the wrong measurements. My whole bedroom window, which is a bay window, was shattered. He sent somebody else that had to retake the measurements and it was three days later before he came back. It was a long process so I was a little annoyed but they did get the job done. The price wasn't bad; I was shocked. One man came and did an excellent job. He came right on time. They are close to my home and I would use them again.

I broke two windows while sanding the frames like a dope! I was using an electric sander, and I should have been just scraping them. Anyway, I took the frames in to Mesko and they had them done the next day and ready for pickup. I returned about a week later and purchased a 30" x 36" beveled mirror for $35 + tax which I thought was a great price. They also carry storm windows, which look like good quality windows and I will probably need in the near future.
