 + 0 moreGave all the details to this individual. He said he was going to celebrate his birthday and would do the work on a Monday September 9, 2013. He had all the details. We asked if he would call if he couldn't make it. We waited and waited. He never showed up. When we called two days later to find out what happened, he said he was still celebrating his birthday.
Description of Work: Provider promised to put in a/c units in windows that were purchased and waiting at my home to be installed. He never did the job because he never showed up.
