Hanover Nursery has often been recognized and respected as the premier landscape design and installation company in the Northeastern Pennsylvania market. From humble beginnings in 1958 we have grown and changed to serve the people and business of the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton metropolitan areas and surrounding Pocono Mountains. Today, we offer our clients a wide range of services including: In house-custom landscape design and installation, landscape maintenance- both commercial and residential properties, large scale topsoil production and distribution and snow removal services. Our staff includes trained landscape installation technicians, accredited landscape designer, licensed pesticide application technicians and well-experienced landscape maintenance personal, in addition to a professionally and friendly staffed office. When John T. Basar founded the company the focus was primarily design and installation of simplistic landscape plans, however Hanover Nursery quickly expanded at the request and the needs of its customers. Fresh, new ideas are the driving force keeping Hanover Nursery ahead of the competition today. Projects range from simply to complex and many times include unique old world horticultural practices, such as espalier, topiary and other usual ornamental effects. Our refreshing landscape designs and customized service programs are the result of over 50 years landscape experience. We look forward to the future and the continuation of the quality, value and service our customers have come to expect. Talked to owner in person at his place of business about the landscaping work I wanted done. No one ever came by to look at the property and give an estimate. Guess it was too small of a job.

It was beautifully done. The whole crew was very professional and personable. They had an attention to detail. They did it very well.
Description of Work: They did some retaining walls for me. After my garage was built, they had to remove trees, graded the land, and planted grass. They planted various shrubs.
