+ -1 moreAwesome! It really looks beautiful! The workers were very professional and friendly. This was a big job and one day to bore and cement the poles and two days later a great fence was put with multiple gates . Really looks nice and they stated any problems to call but they didn't anticipate any problems and the fence is very sturdy and will last for many many years.

Description of Work: George and his crew were fantastic to work with! They came to measure my residential yard for chainlink fencing and gave me a quote on the spot. He was booked for the next few weeks but offered to "squeeze" in my job, if possible, since it was on the smaller scale and I needed the yard fenced in for my dogs. Sure enough he was able to complete my job much earlier than anticipated! He called to let me know they would be installing posts and then the chainlink and slats a few days later. He stood by his word and always returned my phone calls. I wasn't home the day his crew completed my fence installation but George, the owner, called me that afternoon when I got home to see if I was satisfied. Great customer service!

After meeting a few contractors previous to this company, we were starting to give up hope in finding a qualified fence crafter that was also affordable. We knew Immediately that Belanchik Fencing was the right company. George's professionalism, experience & confidence in being able to do the job with no issues due to the yard sloping, in addition to his amazing personality, made us very comfortable and we hired immediately! The hard working crew was magnificent! They kept us informed throughout each step to make sure it was what we wanted & went above & beyond our expectations. We were amazed by how they dug each fence post, about 32, by hand. At finish, our yard didn't look like it went under major fence construction because they were meticulous about keeping it neat & clean. We are super happy with our new fence & so are our pups. We highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: We needed a company with experience in chain link fencing for our challeging yard due to the serious sloping and grading so our small dogs can have a place to run and not escape the yard.

Description of Work: This is the third fence we have had installed by the Belanchik family. The first two were installed by George and his Dad thirty years ago and are still standing and the vinyl coated chain link fence looks good today despite its age. Sons Kyle and Mike and crew installed the new aluminum fence. George was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. He came to our house, mapped out the area we wanted fenced , and provided us options on style, cost, and color. He was very patient as Kathy worked through the options and answered questions to help her settle on a light bronze four and a half foot tall Aluminum fence. George provided a delivery date for the selected fence and an installation date. We provided a down payment of one third the cost. George, Kyle, Mike and crew were at our house at 0700 on the installation date. The fence was installed that day. Kyle and Mike returned at 0700 the next day and installed the gates. I had zero clean up to complete as that was all taken care of. Overall a terrific job and Kathy is very pleased. The Belanchiks have been in the fence business for a long time and provide courteous, professional, timely, and cost effective fencing.

Belanchik’s price is higher than the average fence contractor but you will not regret it in the end. Their service, product, labor and professionalism are worth the additional cost.

+ 0 moreGeorge was quick to respond to initial call - quick to measure and quote. Gave us options and suggestions as well as explained everything regarding cement depth, uneven landscape, etc. Through discussion he made note of things we wouldn't have thought of which is what I look for in a contractor. I always prefer a contractor that will discuss options and tell me the "good" and the "bad" scenarios of my vision so this was much appreciated. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and more than one will do exactly as I request but not tell me what could improve on it. Most will think in their minds - if that's what they want, I won't say otherwise now will they offer alternatives knowing they could make a suggestion to improve work flow or efficiency. Two years later I'm kicking myself and them for not mentioning it. Anyway - they showed up, drove in and put in posts and left. Returned on the date stated, 3 guys installed fence, gate, cleaned up and off they went. Absolutely efficient and professional.

+ -1 moreWe first got several estimates but we heard that Belanchik Fencing was a great contractor so we contacted him and he is familiar with our area for we have lots of rocks, tree roots and water in our back yard and gave us the best price. They told us which week it would be, confirmed with us the week before and called the prior night to tell us what time they would be here and ACTUALLY showed up at the time they promised. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and even wrapped our water hose and put it back where it was attached to our house. Reviewed and went over everything when completed and followed up to see how everything is. They were excellent and I cannot say enough about them and we are referring them to other neighbors.

+ 0 moreExcellent job and beautiful finished job. Everything fits and works great. Have two regular gates and one double wide gate that work and open both ways. Yard left in better shape than it was before they arrived. They even put rocks in high spots at bottom of fence due to uneven yard, so my three dogs can't try to escape. Very friendly team and worked nonstop until work completed. Whole job, including removing old fence and concrete work for poles, done in 4 days. If I ever need any more fence work done, I will not call anyone else. Would absolutely use again. I highly recommend them for any fence work.

Description of Work: Very professional service, great attention to detail. We had noticed the best fences in our neighborhood had their sign on it. Our fence is dead straight, even though the ground isn't, and they also filled in a gap in the slope below the fence. Our children play roughly on the fence and it is as firm and straight as when installed.

+ -1 moreThis company fenced in my back yard. They came and measured, and made me aware of any trouble spots ahead of time. They were punctual, and they did quality work. After they did the job, they walked me around the perimeter to ensure I was satisfied, and made any adjustments needed. There were no unforseen additional costs, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I did not do much shopping around, so I don't know how their costs compare to others, but I felt it was a good price for the work done. I highly recommend them.
