'When we first hired them in July 2011, I was so impressed, Eddie, the owner took detailed notes about how we wanted everything done, we agreed on a price that included them supplying their own cleaning supplies, and he promised at least 2 people for each cleaning and that they would look at the notebook that had the notes before each cleaning. None of this was true. I don't know why I bothered spending an hour with him explaining things, they never looked at the notes and I had to constantly tell them the same things over and over again, and they still didn't get things right. While initially he always had multiple people with him, for the last 6 months or so, it was only him and our house is too big for a one person cleaning, unless you're willing to spend half a day, which he wasn't, so the cleaning was pretty bad. They never brought their own supplies, even though we were paying more for them to bring them. They kept running late so, at their request, we changed our time, and they were still late. There were several occasions when they either canceled at the last minute or just didn't show. They did not respond well to criticism. Three weeks ago they just stopped showing up and did not return our calls or e-mails. Their cleaning skills are weak, they don't seem to know how to dust, would make my bed and the sheets & blankets would be upside down and backwards. They threw out things I was using. They did not follow instructions. They constantly forgot to turn off lights, put the garbage in the garage trash can, turned off fans in the summer, and left cleaning supplies out all over the house. Find some one else to use, I cannot recommend them.
