The work was very satisfactory.

termites are slowly but surely eating away at the structure of home. repeated efforts to satisfy warranty has made little inroad over the past three years in arresting the spread of infestation. Mitigation of the issue is ongoing, and full retreatment of area under home was not recommended or attempted. Ehrlich continues to spot treat outbreaks without any clear resolution of the issue.

If you call this company, I would heartily suggest speaking with someone other than Heather. Her attitude is not conducive to business of any kind.

There worker George did a great working outside and inside spraying for carpenter ants. George also showed me the nest the ants were making in our back deck and all the eggs he found. George also gave me information on what to do to help prevent any more carpenter ants infiltration.

I called for a termite inspection last week, they scheduled it for Monday at 2PM. Well, Monday comes and I get a phone call at work with someone asking for a Mr. Kramer. I did not recognize the number at first, and figured it was a miss dialed call, so I told them they must have the wrong number. They did not state who they were or why they were calling. After Google searching the number that called, I realized it was the exterminator. I called there office and after straightening out my correct name, they informed me that they were calling to tell me the person who was supposed to perform the inspection at my home called off sick and could not make it. I was glad I called back or I would have taken time off from work for no reason. The appointment was rescheduled for Saturday morning....On Thursday I got a voice mail from the exterminator telling me I am his next appointment and he will be at my home in 20 minutes. I called back and no one answered, I then called the office once again and asked them why the appointment was apparently changed without anyone informing me. They said that they saw I was scheduled for Saturday morning, but the person was going on vacation on Friday and therefore could not make it, they did not know why I was never informed of the change. I told them to please cancel everything and I will call someone else who is a little more professional.

We have been using them for about 5 years now. I guess they kill the bugs other then that I am not to impressed with them. They are awful with scheduling its basically their schedule or no schedule. That I am really not pleased about that. I am not happy about them coming out and only doing a few rooms and then leaving and yet expecting me to pay for the whole job when they didn't do the whole job.

I have been using them for thirty-seven years. They have the key to my house; they are very trust worthy. They are very efficient. They have taken care of any problems we have ever had. We have a contract with them and they come once a month.

I give them A's all across the board. He's very friendly and careful with my pets.

They have been very good. If I have any issues, they come right out to check everything.

The people from Erlich have come out to our house for the past 5 years. We have really enjoyed being able to rely on a knowledgable staff that does not oversell their services. We can even give them a call when we have new plants to ask for their advice on having them treated to prevent further problems down the road. This is a consistent company that many of our neighbors use, as well.

It went very well. The technician was very nice and professional. It cost what they told me that it would cost.

The guy that comes is very nice.
