Amazing. Mike and Marilyn walked me (a first time buyer) though my purchase. After install I ran into a factory issue. The OWNER Mike was here instantaneously troubleshooting the problem. Within 24 hours he had a new tub here and said he would fight the company for me. If you are making a big purchase consider Aqua Leisure strongly.

I would highly recommend using someone else. We had the same issue as many other posts I have seen. We purchased an above ground pool and the pool was delivered 3 months before installation. So we had the boxes(cardboard) sitting in the weather all that time turning into mush. Once they did proceed to install the pool they excavated incorrectly. I went ahead and called someone I trusted to do it correctly. They than came back to install the pool. Once the pool was done the pipe threads were sealed with duct tape and leaked everywhere. They didn't connect the return line correctly and the water leaked from there as well. I fixed everything myself as I know longer trusted there services. It has been one year and the pool has been winterized, but to my surprise the other day I noticed overnight all the water in the pool has drained. This is another case of poor workmanship of installing the liner. At this point I will need to wait until spring to fix it.

They do not care once you have paid in full. AQUA LEISURE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! We paid for the pool in February. They dropped everything off in our driveway and there is sat and the boxes deteriorated for months. In May I called them and asked where we were on the list. They had no record of us buying the pool. Eventually they admitted they had misplaced our purchase receipt and had forgotten about us. We were placed on the list. You would think we would be at the front of the list since we had paid in February BUT NO. Months later and MANY problems, including the contractors they hired smashing into the nextdoor neighbors stone fences (she took them to court and won and it's now a year later and they still have not paid her!!!) Right after they finally put the pool in we found the insides of our pump smashed and had to replace everything. Coincidence? I DOUBT IT! Don't use these people, THEY ARE AWFUL! They also changed their name. We contacted them many many times and they were NASTY! I even caught Lisa cursing about me. I had called there to ask a question and the installers showed up while I was on the phone (FINALLY) and as I walked out on my back porch the installer had her on speaker phone and I heard her cursing up a storm about ME! He quit took her off of speaker phone but too late. I heard every word. BEWARE. DONT USE THEM!!! They used to be Northeast Pools and Spas so look them up there too! They changed their name hoping to change their image but they didn't change their work ethics or practice!

I'm so disappointed. We purchased a pool mid June. Installation occurred July 17. Now there is a seam separation in the pool's liner only two weeks later. I don't know who to blame. We called the company, who then advised us to call the installers. Back and forth we went until finally the installer said they would come by with a new liner. That has yet to happen. The proper thing to do is follow up with your client. The other proper thing to do is to prioritize our current situation. We have a leaking pool. We waited our turn for the install. And as a business, they should also be prepared to deal with "defective" liners that may need to be replaced. They shouldn't string us along promising to come on a date and then no show without a call as to why! Still waiting.

The recommended provider did an excellent job at a good price.

Simple and easy transaction. Purchased the slide and they were fast to order and install. Chris followed up personally to make sure we were happy and there were no issues.
