Description of Work: After evaluating the job and having his product vendor also review the job, the operator decided he was to busy until fall to do the job and would contact me. After no contact, I attempted to contact him and had no response. His unprofessionalism delayed the completion of a job where heat and air would be supplied to our second floor. I finally got it - that he didn't want to do the job however he lead me on for the better part of a year. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Description of Work: I had a number of interactions with OLMSTEAD'S PLUMBING, HEATING, AND A/C and they visited our home numerous times. They have yet to give me an estimate and have delayed the opportunity to do our work until spring. I can not give a thorough evaluation until we have them actually do any work. So far, they have been like others - not very professional, don't return calls when they say they will, claim to be overworked and overburdened with jobs. I am still in search of a reasonable professional to do our job.

Description of Work: I used them to check if we could vent our hot water heater differently.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate/ideas for additional heating in kitchen. Paul arrived on time and spent a good deal of time checking, measuring, ect. He explained options available. He even suggested making a few changes to our current boiler to see if that would provide enough extra heat before adding an additional kick plate system.
