+ 0 moreThey are always on time and prompt. I had one problem before and they came back and fixed it immeidiately. They have in the past repaired a microwave, washing maching and a range.
Description of Work: They came to diagnose the problem with my fridge and ordered the part.

+ -1 moreWe had two people come out to repair two different things and they both did a great job. We actually ended up purchasing a service contract with Sears. We actually have almost all our major appliances under service contract with Sears. We were very impressed with them. The cost of the packages is very reasonable. They are definitely the best and we were really delighted. We were very pleased with everything.
Description of Work: We used Sears two weeks ago to have the garage door opener repaired.

+ -1 moreI had a terrible experience with this Whitehall store. I asked to speak directly to the store manager and I reached him once then he didn't return any of my calls for the rest of the day. The sales people just said there was nothing they could do and it was a bad experience all around. I already bought the refrigerator so they already had my money. They delayed the delivery and then they didn't bring it in because there was a storm coming. Nobody even tried and I was being polite.
Description of Work: I recently bought a refrigerator from Sears.

air duct cleaning
+ -1 moreService was a failure, but response to complaint very good.
Description of Work: Hired Sears for duct cleaning. Apparently, this work is subcontracted. Duct cleaning was a farce. Contractor placed vacuum hose near furnace and ran a rotating wand about 2 feet into each duct. Didn't clean anything and got dust all over the house. They did respond appropriately by not charging me for the work and by paying 400.00 for a cleaning service to clean most of the house.
