Residential and commercial plumbing & drain cleaning including sewers and drains, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers & tubs, waterlines, pumps, pipe work, water heaters, septic tanks & video camera line inspection.
I called them and told them the problem and someone showed up within the hour. Excellent! They charged $420 to snake the drain. I had a coupon, but come on! $320 for 15 minutes work. I asked the plumber to fix a dripping faucet in the other bathroom and he basically refused, saying I could do it my self with a screw driver. He left. The next day, water started leaking from the celling below the bathroom sink. We called RR to come out and have a look. It took three hours. The plumber who arrived was very smart, very polite, very understanding. He showed me that the pipe that had been snaked had been broken. It was an old pipe, and probably would have broken sooner or later, but he acknowledged that the plumber did exacerbate the problem. After several trips to his truck to talk to his manager on the phone, he said they could come the next day, cut open my kitchen ceiling because it was easier to cut a hole there instead of in my tile floor, and replace the pipe for $2500. This included an $800 discount. I said "no thank you." Called my own plumber. He took a look, thought about it, and suggested I buy a vanity to cover whatever hole had to be cut into the floor. I did so. Brought a handyman in to cut the floor. Plumber came by and did the job for $363.
Description of Work: My sink was clogged. Instead of calling my regular plumber, I called RR because I wanted it cleared right away.

Our sewer line clogged, early evening of Thursday, March 29th. I first called Agentis/Mr. Rooter. I told their receptionist the nature of our problem (and its seriousness); she said they could have someone come out "tomorrow" (Friday, march 30). She said their start time was 8:00 AM, and I said we'd like someone as soon after that as possible. She said she'd "tell them" When the Agentis service person had NOT ARRIVED by 9:00 AM, March 30, I called Roto Rooter. I told their receptionist the nature of our problem (and the seriousness. She said she'd have someone here as soon as possible. Their serviceman arrived 35 MINUTES after I telephoned. It turned out that he had performed the same service a year ago for my father. (My parents both died toward the end of 2011, and I inherited the home.) The serviceman was familiar with the problem and went immediately to the sewer line access point, and in 5 minutes, the line was unclogged. He was friendly and profession, and, certainly, knowledgeable. AND, they offer a 90-day warranty on the work. If and when it becomes necessary, I will call them again, with no hesitation. WONDERFUL SERVICE!
