Though the finalization of the offer doesn't occur until July 28 hopefully all will be well.
Description of Work: Contracted with Mr. Tim Heimbach of RE/MAX to sell our home. We received multiple offers as a result of his work and accepted the second offer. Actually we accepted the first offer but the potential buyer backed out of the agreement within 2 days. Mr. Heimbach and his assistant worked out a deal with a second party right away.

So far they are very helpful in terms of providing honest and trustworthy information. They're very responsive in getting back to me when I ask questions. The realtor I'm working with is Will Barham.
