+ -1 moreI paid him in full for purchase and installation of a window. He purchased it and put in the basement of the building he was supposed to install it in. Never returned to install the window, just kept the money. When we contacted him by phone he was very nasty and belligerent to us. We had to hire someone else to install it.
Description of Work: We hired Todd Bowersox to remove and install a large window.

replacement windows, doors
+ 0 moreWe've had him do work for us on other properties. He was supposed to start the work on our property in spring, but he didn't get started until August. Actually, he had never started any work. All he did was purchase a large window for the basement, he was supposed to remove the existing damaged window and replace it with the new one. I gave him a check for the cost of the new window including installation. He cashed the check, pocketed the money didn't start the work, He never refunded the money! I contacted him about this and he was incredibly rude and nasty to me on the phone. He never even gave us a contract. The guy can't be trusted he has no integrity. I loaned him a tile saw to use and return, never saw it again just ripped me off for it.
Description of Work: Todd Bowersox (Doing Business As) Pyramid Construction Group. Was hired to install blinds, remove and install new basement windows and a sliding glass door, interior and exterior trim, install new stops, and caulk new windows.

Description of Work: First floor renovation - wall removed; floor replaced; add ceiling fan. Painting. Kitchen faucet replaced. Tiled kitchen floor. Storm door hung.
