Went fine. Tech called and told me my doors were very out dated and did not have parts.

The overhead garage door was very noisy with much banging and shaking whenever it went up or down. We had a little difficulty scheduling the appointment, but the door is great now! We added another $33.92 for new rollers.

The services were performed as stated. The technician made sure the door was working properly and adjusted it to open a bit higher. He also tightened all of the bolts making the door operate quieter. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend.

They were fantastic and have good customer service. They have a good price and were fast coming out to put on the new door.

My daughter tells me that they came right on time, and were very professional.

He was very professional and quick! He arrived on time (actually about 10 minutes earlier than I expected) and completed the work without any problems. He showed me what he did and listened to my concerns for the keypad and other door. He was very pleasant and easy-going. He gave me options for the keypad and other door. I definitely would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Originally scheduled work went fine Our old garage door opener chose that day to die.We contracted then for a new garage door opener which was installed the following Monday. The installer that day did not have the appropriate key pad which needs to also be installed. It is priced separately and somehow the installer did not follow up so keypad is still not installed. I will be calling them today.

We called Overhead Door to have them give us an estimate and options for repair or replacement of our garage door which was at least 11 years old. Andrew came out and gave us prices for repairing the old door and showed us a number of styles and prices for new doors. We decided to order a new door and paid 1/4 of the total cost down, with balance due when installation was complete. The delivery time for the new door was approximately 4 weeks. The door arrived as promised but unfortunately the door that was shipped to Overhead Door was the wrong size and could not be installed. Once the tech. realized this, he immediately explained the problem to us, reinstalled the old door and apologized for the situation. The door was reordered, and we had to wait another 4 weeks for it to be shipped and installed. The tech. was very professional and the old door worked better than ever when he was done reinstalling it. We had no problems with the old door during the wait for the second door. The new door arrived as promised and the same tech came back to install it. The installation went smoothly, the door works perfectly and it is very quiet and smooth when compared to the old one. He took the time to make sure the remotes worked and made sure that we were satisfied with the clearance and the operation of the door. We had him make some adjustments and this was done to our satisfaction. The reason for the 4 in the responsiveness category is I would have liked to have a little more contact from the company to update us on the status of the door order the second time around. We had to call them to get an update. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Technician called before arrival to make sure I was going to be home as it was an early am appointment. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and explained what he was going to be doing. He went about his business in a timely and professional manner. Upon his completion he explained everything he had done and was on his way. He left my garage as clean as he had found it. He even pointed out some other work that I might want to have done in another area of my garage for safety reasons.

Their service was fine. It was just the big deal price. Based on the service I got I would recommend them. I would certainly consider them when I'm trying to investigate a new door.

The 2nd technician did a good job with 1 door but I am still having problems with the 2nd door manually opening and closing. There was some confusion with the price I was quoted. I asked them to install a new garage door opener and was told it would be early the following week. I have not heard from them. I called and left a message,but have not heard back yet.

The gentleman that did the work was punctual, efficient, knowleadgable. It only took about an hour. I would hire him again.

We paid $99 for a garage door tune-up plus roller replacement. The door needed a few other parts, which were extra. Also, the $99 special is for 1 garage door and we have a 2 door garage. To get both doors tuned-up customers need to buy 2-specials for $198. We didn't know this.

He replaced the rollers and lubricated the areas that needed it. He did a great job.

Scott arrived at our home early. I had the garage cleaned and ready for him so he started right away. He set up and proceeded to remove the old door and parts. He told me that the bottom panel was damaged and that a new panel was ordered. After he removed the old parts, he put in the new panels and hardware. The builder of the home had the double door installed with spring lifts, which I was told by several professionals, that it should have been a bar lift. He adjusted the garage door opener and installed the bar lift on the wall above the door. As he was installing the moulding around the outside, the nails would bend as he hammered them in. He said that he was not pleased with the way that was looking, he was going to tell the office that when they came with the new panel that the moulding would have to be replaced with stronger nails. He adjusted the garage opener so that it worked well with the door. He also installed a handle on the side in case we had to open the door manually. But he did say the door would be heavy. The whole install took about 3 hours. He showed me how to maintain if, lubricate the hinges with WD40, cleaned up and asked if I had any questions. Scott seemed to care about the job being done well and looking good. I choose this company solely based on price but now I would choose them also for how they do the job. It's also important that a company has the right employees, Scott did the job as of he was the owner.

I was quite happy with the work they did.

Originally the provider did not come when I was scheduled. I called late in the day to find out why and was told he would be here the following day. When he did not come the next day, I called again. I finally got to talk to the contact person, Jeff, who apologized. He said he had been overly busy. I said a "a phone call would have been nice." To make a long story short the repairman, Darryl finally came three days later. He was very nice and diagnosed the problem. I was told the company would get back to me the following week to set up a time to return to fix the problem. I waited all week and finally called on Friday to find out why I again had not been called. I found out they had been calling all week, but calling the wrong number. The following Tuesday, Darryl returned and fixed my garage door. It now purrs like a kitten. I am happy with the result, but the whole experience got off to a very rocky start.

The door operated smoothly after the repair. Coupon items were performed as described. I asked some additional questions regarding the garage door opener and the service man was very knowledgeable

As expected, there were other problems to be corrected (they were legitimate - the cable was off the pulley and the spring was broken)) Kevin pointed them out - left and asked me to reschedule. They called - gave me the prioe and he came back out. He did a nice job - professional, worked hard, and friendly. The door is working well and I think there was good value for the money

The phone call was fine, not able to get scheduled time as yet.

He was up front and honest and didn’t start to do the work. He let us know we’d be better off getting new doors.

There was some misunderstanding in the scheduling process: They called the day before to move the time ahead a couple of hours. I didn't get the message, so never returned the call, but the repairman came at the new time anyway. There was a misunderstanding about the work: I'm still not exactly sure what a "tune up" is--I had a garage door opener that was not working and one that was very old. When I called to schedule, they told me I needed to buy both coupons, which I did. As far as I can tell, the work was done well. There are no problems, except the repairman didn't leave any type of invoice (which I thought nothing of at the time since I had the coupons). Then came the misunderstanding about the billing: About three months after the work was completed, I got a couple of very snippy messages asking how I would like to pay the overdue bill. When I spoke to the gentleman to explain about the Angie's List coupons he first implied that I was lying about not receiving an invoice, then told me that he had nothing to do with the service, he is "just the bill collector." Finally I was able to reach someone who knew about the coupons. He said "oh, if it's an Angie's List coupon we'll get back to you about the invoice." They never did, presumably because I didn't owe anything. Not a pleasant experience at the end, although the work does seem to be fine.

It was really easy and happened quickly. Initially they were only going to do a tune-up, but having bought the house recently the whole garage door system was loud and probably never maintained. So I inquired about cost and timing to replace the unit. Price was fair, they came soon after initial estimate, and work was done in a couple hours. Very professional, efficient, and would easily use them again or recommend to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. He came over with these come-ons and what went across to me was he wanted another $100 or more in addition to the deal but I told him I didn’t need it. I have no complaints, he did a fine job but it seemed like a lot of money. I was satisfied with the service. He came out not long after I purchased the deal.
