They installed two garage doors in a very professional manner. They work flawlessly. Their professionalism was refreshing after I had to keep moving my installation date(s) due to late home construction. Wouldn't think twice about using them again.

They came out and stated that they can’t honor the deal I purchased and stated I need to get a refund because I need additional work provided that the deal didn’t cover.

It went well, but I didn't realize the Big Deal was for only one door. I paid an additional $170 approx. for parts and labor on the second door. We had some conflicts with scheduling so the Big Deal was purchased in late-April and the work didn't get done until late June. Their availability didn't really line up with mine. They only have early appointments (before 3pm) so I had to take off work for the service which was inconvenient.

Went great! He was here when he said he would be, did the job, and left.

The person was very professional, he was here and was done in an hour and half. They explained what needed to be done and asked for approval before they did anything. Didn't dislike anything. As it turns out we bought our house and they had installed the garage door for the previous owner. They were very familiar with the parts needed to fix the door. They are prompt and professional.

Kevin arrived on time, was informative about the work to be done and explained everything in detail. He was friendly, engaging and focused. The repairs were outstanding. It seemed as if the whole garage door was newly installed. Given the price, it was definitely an excellent deal. . I would definitely use them again.

Arrived when they said they would. Determined that the rollers did not need to be replaced rather the electric eye was dated and needed replacement.

I purchased the $99.00 Coupon from Angie's List. A couple of days later, Overhead Door Co. of Allentown called to set up an appointment. They were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. However, the whole process went well. Darrell arrived on time, and then, he explained what was needed to fix the door, but also mentioned that this will be an extra cost. I told him to replace the photo cells and continue with the tune-up. After Darrell replaced the new photo cells (which was not covered by the coupon) and the door's old ball-bearing rollers. He also inspected & advised on the springs, cables, pulleys, center bearings drums, torsion bar, jam and flag brackets, hinges, general panel condition, gears & sprocket assembly, weather seal, bottom rubber, and wall button. After the work was done, the garage door started to open and close properly.

Arrived right on time did all work professionally, explaining in a friendly way all aspects of work and costs.

Darell, was there on time, even though they gave me a 3 hour window. he was friendly and courteous, he was very thorough on his inspection, explained everything going on with my garage door, answer lots of questions and took his time, at no point I felt rushed or felt like another job on a long day. He went above and beyond to fix my issue and made me feel like this company was the right company for all my garage door needs.It was more like having a knowledgeable friend addressing my concerns and advised me accordingly (saving me money) as oppose as having a tech trying to sell me more services. Great service!!!

It had been almost three weeks since I purchased the deal and I had not heard them I left a message two days ago and they just called back. The appointment has been scheduled for tomorrow.

They were very slow getting back to me to set up a time for the service, so I phoned them to see when the work would be done. I was informed that they had been trying to contact me, but the phone number I had listed on my Angie's list account was incorrect, so they couldn't get in contact with me. At first I thought they were just saying that to justify their slow response, but when I checked my listing on Angie's list, the number I had typed in was typed in wrong. Once we did make contact they were quick to set up a date for the work and they came on that date at the time they said they would be there. The work was performed expeditiously and professionally. I am very happy with the results and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Great service. The person was experienced and friendly, has been with the company for 15 years. He gave advice that the other garage door did not need to be serviced right now. Answered questions I had about garage doors and what else could be done to make it work and look better. He gave info about additional products and service without being pushy. Great company, will use them in the future. Thank you Angie's List and Overhead Door Company.

My appointment was scheduled between 1 and 3 pm. The technician arrived on the dot of 1pm. In addition to oiling moving parts and doing maintenance on the roller, he did a minor fix to the overhead lighting fixture which had not been working. It is working now. I had disconnected the automatic opener on the door during a thunderstorm last fall and could not figure out from the garage door instruction book how to hook it up again. So the gentleman did that little item and then showed me how to do it. I don't know technical details, but the technician explained to me everything he did and made suggestions on how I can maintain the garage door myself. I could not be happier with the work done by this company. I would absolutely recommend this company to neighbors and friends.

Talk about efficient! These guys came in the midst of all the snow we BEGAN to have in January and fixed this garage door in no time flat! And at a very good price too! We'll definitely be using these guys again when we have problems in the future!
