It went well after we finally got the service scheduled.

It went GREAT! I couldn't have asked for better service. He replaced the rollers, lubed up the rails and replaced the sensor that was stopping the door from closing when you pressed the button. VERY satisfied, will absolutely use them again!

Very well. Technician was professional and personable. Work was done efficiently and well. Problem was solved to my great satisfaction.

Fantastic. Was told that the work could be done within a week and it ended up being 3 days. Went with the upgraded opener and couldn't be happier. You can't even hear it opening and closing! Price was better than the big box stores and included a 15 year warranty.

Since they do not offer weekend hours or later afternoon hours, I had my mother in law meet them at our home to do the scheduled work. They arrived on time however there was a miss communication on tuning up and replacing the rolls on three garage doors and only did one. They also replaced the rubber seal on one of the doors with a different width band than the other two. After discussing the miss steps with Andy we had to schedule another appointment so they could fix the issues mentioned above. B/c of the first appointment, I wanted to schedule a day that I could take off from work and meet the technician to make sure there was no confusion the second time. The technician arrived on time and was different technician taht had come out originally b/c he was not sure why the original technician would have used the slimmer rubber seal on my doors. But he replaced the rolls and oiled the chains on the other two doors and also replaced the slimmer rubber seal with the wider seal.

He was knowledgeable, fast, clean and do everything well.

I haven't had any work done since I was never contacted.

Contacted through a coupon on angies list. They called me to set up a time. Came on time and did an excellent job. The person who fixed the doors also reset my keypad (which I thought was broken) for free. Thanks! The price of the service seemed a little high but they did a great job.

It is refreshing to deal with a solid company that is easily reachable, reasonable, and responsive. I called Overhead Door shortly after 8AM on a Monday morning and Carol answered right away. I explained the service I needed and mentioned that I was hoping to have someone come out the following day to do the repairs. She told me she would call back in the afternoon when the schedule for the next day was made and would do her best to get me on the schedule for then. Carol called back as promised and had me on the schedule for 8-10 the next day. I asked if the service person could give me a call about a 1/2 hour before arrival (something that I frequently ask companies to do but rarely happens). Yet right on cue, Kevin called at 8:00AM to let me know he'd be here at 8:30. He also called when he arrived, once again, promptly at 8:30 as promised. He explained that he would look everything over, what it was expected to cost, and how long it would take to do the repairs. Within a half hour he was done and showed me what was repaired. The entire experience was a positive one. I would definitely use them again.

Our garage door was not functioning properly, so we bought the $99 ($89 with promo code) garage door tune up deal and Overhead quickly contacted us via the messaging function on Angie's list. 3 days later, they were at our house and done in half an hour. Fearing a big bill for a broken garage door, they simply replaced the wheels, fixed the tension wire, and told us to oil the door a couple times a year. They were on time, efficient, professional, and did quality work. Will definitely call them again for another tune up in a few years! Thank you!

It went very well. The service was excellent. The garage door works beautifully. It is nice and quiet and moves up and down easily and smoothly. Installer was professional and courteous. Cleaned everything up nicely.

Excellent. My garage door had a much bigger problem than I expected. The repairman explained clearly and told me my options. He did a temporary repair that should last at least a year saving me the cost of replacing the door now. I was very appreciative.

The service was performed on time in an extremely professional and courteous manner. Care was taken by the repairman to make sure that the door was operating in the best way possible. The door now functions as if it were new (even though the door must be at least 20-25 years old!).

They were extremely professional and in spite of being 0 degrees, they were here on time. They advised that the rollers did not need replacement so instead put new springs on the door for no additional charge.

It was really cold and he arrived on time. The service was really valuable and he included the repairs in the original cost. It was a very good value for the money.

I would highly recommend this company for its service and it's technicians are top noch. They are a good company for the work preformed but where they lack is in customer support. The company is doing so well that they are unable to service or deal with all the work they have booked, so scheduling an appointment is months behind - it was an absolute nightmare, it took months to get them to the location after a schedule change. The staff is blatantly unaccommodating and I was a bit curt at there ambivilance so I was put on hold and then got to speak with and an attitude by of all people, the owner - himself. They could really care less about professionalism as they whined about how well they were doing and difficultly in completing all the work they have. We could all be so lucky. As this was an Angie's list deal I had prepaid for the tune up Canceling was not much of an option. I grinned and bear the poor customer support. Again, the technicians were great, prompt and knowledgeable. Given my experience as a past returning customer, doors and several services I was greatly disappointed. I probable would not recommend to others at this time.

I ordered the Angie's List Big Deal from Overhead Doors before realizing that this is a brand name and the company specializes in servicing its own brand. I was looking for a replacement seal for the bottom of my insulated garage door. The service provider promised to provide the seal even though my garage door was from a different manufacturer, but when the technician arrived he didn't have it on the truck. Fortunately, I had purchased a seal at Lowe's and the technician was able to use that. Next time I will choose a provider not tied to a specific brand.

Company did not respond within 2 business days to schedule service. Angie's List was notified and contacted the business who then contacted me and scheduled the service for 10-27-14. When the service person did not arrive, I contacted the business who told me that the service call was scheduled for 10-30-14... which was NOT one of the three days I requested. I indicated my dissatisfaction, so the service call was rescheduled for 10-28-14. Upon the service person's arrival, he informed me that he was unable to replace the rollers because he didn't have the correct size and didn't know where to obtain the correct size. He then looked at the door and sprayed some lubricant on the existing rollers. I contacted Angie's List and was sent this email.
