Description of Work: Needed new garage door opener. Called for quote. They gave me all my options over the phone and were able to schedule me for later the same day. On time. On budget. Neat work. They even tuned up the garage door, eliminated all squeaks and tightened the torsion spring. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased the "$99 Garage Door Tune-up and Roller Replacement" Big Deal. When the service technician looked at my garage door he advised me that the rollers that I currently have are better than the ones that would be installed as part of this deal. So I decided not to proceed with the replacement. I appreciated his honesty. Other companies might have just proceeded with the replacement.

Description of Work: The service provider informed me that the work I requested was not part of the "Deal". He was able to inform me of what I needed to do to correct my problem. He stated that my garage door rollers were only two years old(approx.)and in no need for repair at this time.

Description of Work: The work provided was excellent. Very professional, and I would definitely use them again. The offer included 10 replacement rollers which I didn't need, but the rollers were not as good quality as those they would have been replacing. I kept them for spares in a pinch, but would only use them until I could replace them with higher quality rollers.
