Description of Work: This is the second time we used Overhead Door for our Electric Garage Door Opener. Both times the technicians were prompt and professional and very good about explaining what was being done. I give them very high recommendations.

Description of Work: I bought the Angies List special from this business, in order to replace two springs and rollers on our garage opener. After approx. 20 minutes for this service, the agent charged an additional $ 137, so I paid a total of $ 237 for two springs and roller replacement. The charge was too great for this short time spent to replace both things. This turned out to be no "special" afterall.

Description of Work: I moved into a new house and had a garage door tune-up. The technician was very pleasant, he took his time, lubricated parts, changed the rollers, and tightened the springs. I asked him if he would look at a door they had previously put in my other house, which would open up after closing. The house was a block away, he was very nice to go over, look at it and corrected the problem. Both times prices were very reasonable when I did comparison quotes. I would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: I would definitely use this provider again. The service man called ahead to let me know when he was arriving, and was on time. He lubricated both my garage doors and replaced the rollers with better ones.(Much quieter!) He adjusted the spring tension and repaired a broken bar with prepunched angles and put one on the other door to prevent breakage during freezing weather. He also told me how to maintain the doors myself and where and when to lubricate them. I took advantage of an Angie's list deal in addition to the repairs I needed done. What's nice is he could do it all with one service call. Very professional company and really good price. A plus!

I'm happy with the service from overhead door company and I'm happy with the service from Angie's list I just wasn't happy with the service deal FinePrint.
