The responsiveness rating was due to the fact that I called earlier in the week, and instead of setting up an appointment at that time, I was told that I would be called later in the week, which makes it harder to make plans. I was called about two days later, and told that the repairman would arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 the next day. He actually arrived sooner due to some cancellations. The repairman was very professional and fixed only what was necessary--he did not try to sell me anything extra or perform unnecessary repairs. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: My garage door was no longer closing properly. Three pulleys were replaced and the door was lubricated. Works so much better now!

 + -1 moreAs I was getting ready to go to work, I heard a loud noise that sounded like a gunshot. I was three floors away from the garage so the noise was considerable. The door would only open halfway and I could not get out to go to work. The customer service ladies on the phone were great and I really appreciated the same day service. The repairman arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly. He was polite and explained everything that he did. He also provided some preventive maintenance tips.
Description of Work: The spring snapped and broke on my electric garage door opener and I was unable to open the door or to get my car out.

Description of Work: Adjusted doors that had been incorrectly re-installed by another contractor after some framing repairs were made. Installed new pulley and two new springs (one was broken).
