I purchased a big deal from them. We made an agreement and they could not do what I asked them to do, because they said that the door was too old and they did not have it, but they made an effort. I would give them an "A" all the way around. They came out right away, but then had to order something so it took a while, but that was not that far, that was fine.

It went very well. They said that if I wanted to upgrade to different equipment it was available. They gave me some information and I really did not need anything. I would use them again.

I purchased the $77 garage door coupon special from Angie's list. Charles explained that the special was to oil wheels, but I that I actually needed a spring, which was $150. He agreed to deduct the $77 from the $150 since the coupon is non refundable. Charles was prompt and did a good job. He looked at the other garage door for no additional cost even though he was unable to detect why it was not working properly. He suggested just replacing the entire garage which was too costly. I had gotten an estimate from another company not on Angie list who was more familiar with my garage doors. He agreed to repair both doors for $150, but I had already purchased the coupon on Angie's list so I went with Charles to avoid losing the $77.

I bought a $99.00 coupon for garage door tune-up with roller replacement. After talking with the service man I decided to have the cables and springs replace for a additional charge.The extra charge was only $76.32.Now I have a door that works great. Yes I would use this company in the future.

They were on time, they completed the job, and the door is working much better.

Wonderful technician came the first day and inspected the door. I knew it had a problem to be dealt with. He showed me what was wrong, made several other recommendations as well but told me mechanically all was well. As he did not have all the parts, he recommended coming back and NOT having to pay a 2nd service charge. This saved me money and was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was in getting appointments scheduled. It took some time to get it done and I had to prompt them both times to get on the schedule. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them

It was great! The door has only been serviced once in 17 years, although it has been lubed. The motor was working hard to lift the door, and it squeaked. AJ, the tech, arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tightened the springs, did the agreed upon maintenance, and replaced the rollers. The door now glides upward without a whimper. AJ was pleasant, efficient, and obviously knew his business. I'm pleased both by the Angie's Big Deal price, and also that the ad prompted me to have the door serviced at all!

I call Overhead Door yesterday, 6/10/2013 stating the my garage door spring had just broken. The woman on the phone asked a few questions and then said that that they were booked for today, 6/11/2013. She then asked if my car was "trapped" in the garage, which it was. She quoted a serivce call price of $175 including the new spring plus tax and any additional parts. I agreed and expected to wait a few days to get it fix. She called me back about 30 min. later and said that they could be here between 10 a.m. and noon. The service tech showed up around 9:45, took some measurements and called in the spring requirements. Till all was said and done, he was finished by 10:30. I will definately use them again and recomend them.

In the end, I decided I could not afford a new door; I repaired the old one myself. It's not great but it was all Bob Cratchet could afford. Sigh. :-)

I called, they respond, they came and checked the doors, fixing the one that wasn't working and replacing the worn rollers on the other. Very professional and polite.

They came out and assessed my garage and replaced the rollers. I informed them of an issues I was having sporadically while closing my garage with my remote the garage would stop and go back up. He listened and concluded that it could be a common sensor issue. He adjusted the sensors and we have not had the issue reoccur since.

They were very professional, fast to respond in getting a quote and installation. Everything went really smoothly.

They serviced the doors before we moved in the house. I would recommend them. They were able to come quickly. They didn't overcharge us. The price was really reasonable.

I called for service late in the day and technician came next morning as promised. Very professional technician. Explained everything to me including price and options for service. Work and clean up were done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

My elderly mother's garage door wasn't working. I called for an appointment and it took them 24 hours to call back and even set up an appointment for the following day ( 2 days to even set up an apt). They came an hour late and didn't even call ahead to say they were late. He was there 10 minutes and charged my mom the full 84 which was ridiculous. I would never recommend them. He asked my mom for some oil to lubricate the coils. He didn't even bring his own oil!!

I was not satisfied with the scheduling of the repair, but I was very satisfied with the repair. A.J. the technician diagnosed the problem and found 1 pulley was bad. He suggested that all 4 pulleys should be replaced due to the usage of the door. I agreed as I did not want the same thing to happen again. I found this company on Angie's List as a reliable company. I called on Tue. 11/23/2010 and talked to someone in the office to schedule the repiar. I was told that I would receive a call on Wed. or Fri. to let me know when they would be able to come. I did not hear from this company, so I called on Mon. 11/29 and talked to Andy Pitynski the representative who informed me that he could not find any information on my previous phone conversation with the office. He did say that he would look into it and get back to me with a service date. I received a call on Wed. 12/01 and was told that the service tech would be here 12/02 between 1pm and 3pm. The service tech showed up at 3;35pm and did the necessary repair. This company needs better communication between the office and the service dept. I would use this company again only because the tech knew what he was doing and did not try to sell me something I didn't need .

My husband took care of the bill; so I am not sure how much they charged for the services. They worked pretty quickly. They were very knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. Everything was working well and it was a good experience with them. I will recommend them. I thought their price was good, I am not very sure of it. They were trustworthy and I will hire them again in the future.
