+ -1 moreHigh on expertise but low on customer service .. Piano moved carefully and polished and set up .. Beautiful job but needs work on customer service skills.. Very late and acted like it was no big deal.. also made several stops with my piano to do other jobs which was very nerve racking and also wasted my day. Awkward scheduling process as well.

Description of Work: I originally contacted them to get a quote on moving a piano that I had found for very cheap on another website. I ended up buying a piano from them instead. They were great and delivered the piano in time to surprise my son with it on his birthday! They gave us a great deal on an excellent piano. We went to see the piano at their store (a fun place to visit) and they cleaned up the piano and fixed the items we noted before delivery! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

+ 0 moreDavid and his employee arrived and quickly assessed the best route to take the piano out to the truck. They were efficient with bringing in everything they needed to disassemble and transport the piano. The piano was protected with a grand blanket from the time they started working. Everything was professionally secured and treated with care. Disassemble and transport took less then an hour.
Description of Work: Moved a baby grand piano from a house to a moving truck.
