Lowe's

Description of Work: Had two rooms installed with luxury vinyl last year. So far, I'm still loving it. Lowe's wouldn't be my first choice for home improvement projects but I've learned it sure does beat interviewing contractors who waste my time and never get back to me with an estimate.

Description of Work: For carpet installation we have used Lowe’s. They did a basic installation on a cement floor. They put down the tucks grips, the padding and the carpets. There was no old carpet, it was a fresh slab. They did one room. There were two people who came out.

Description of Work: I go there occassionally to do shopping.

Description of Work: I needed to have a small bathroom completely replaced. After having problems with several contractors, I stopped in to Lowe's to see if they could recommend a contractor. I was pleased to hear that they could handle the job for me. I worked with Tracy who designed the bathroom and Vince, the contractor, to co-ordinate the job and get it done. Usually the workers were here bright and early. With the exception of one, I never even knew they were here unless they needed a decision on something. They cleaned up every night. From a business standpoint, I felt there was a day or two of wasted time. For example, the electrician was here about 8 am and worked for about an hour. His work was done and there was no other work scheduled for the day which to me seemed like a waste since there was a full day left that could be used. I have found that this is typical of construction work. All in all, the job was done in two weeks and I love the results! Tracy and Vince were great to work with!

Description of Work: I bought carpet from Lowe's and they installed it. They installed the carpet in multiple rooms.
