It was a very positive experience. The store manager worked with us and was very helpful. We were expecting a high-pressure sales  experience based on everything we had read about piano purchasing, but that was not at all what happened. The Store Manager was very friendly, helpful with our young child (who was shopping with us), and willing and able to talk a lot about the pianos we considered, both new and used. She was able to provide us with very a realistic picture of each piano, as well as various perspectives on the pros and cons of the various pianos. What she told us was very much in line with what we had read as well as our own experience of the pianos. We spent two days looking at/playing the pianos before making a decision, and she was very patient and easy to work with. The prices offered were reasonable and within the range of recommendations from other sources we consulted on line. We definitely felt VERY good about the quality of the pianos offered and of the piano we ultimately purchased. Most importantly, we felt we were able to get the piano that was right for our particular circumstances based on all the information gathered and assistance from the store manager. We would definitely recommend this store (at least the one we visited in Allentown--apparently they have other sites elsewhere).
