We hired invisible fence of the LV to from our new puppy on the invisible fence system we installed years ago for our previous day. They were great and did a great job.

Excellent! From the beginning, Mike came to our home and spent time addressing my concerns and outlining the best plan for the fence. He was always very honest and professional. The installer worked tirelessly all day for 7-8 hours, without leaving, to install our fence. He did accidentally cut into an existing underground electric line and immediately informed us of the incident and called in more experienced staff to assist in quickly remediating the situation. My husband and I were hesitant to believe that this system would contain our dogs, who are outside dogs used to roaming the fields for years. Unbelievably, the fence has successfully contained our dogs for almost a year now, including the overnight hours, even through deer and other animal sightings! Elijah, who provided the trainings and a lot of support, gave me his cell phone number so he would be available when I needed him for any questions I had after he left. Mike also was only a quick phone call away. One of them was always available within hours to come out to assist us. Our system was installed in October, 2014 and after watching our new mulch be destroyed by the dogs in early summer, I called Mike back in June 2015, and asked him to keep the dogs off the mulch beds. He ended up re-routing our fence to meet our requests, and only charged us for his materials. He even changed his installer?s schedule so he could quickly fit our job in around my schedule! I have nothing but praise for Mike, Elijah, and the entire staff at Invisible Fence for a job well done.

The cable was broken by roots of large tree. The break was located quickly and fixed. The man working was professional and courteous.

The installation went fantastic. The work was done promptly and the technician arrived on time. The work was done quickly and correctly. Also ensured that the fence worked for our dog and set the receiver up so our dog would know where the fence was located. The installation was easy and the installer was able to work around various landmarks in the yard to maximize the space our dog would be allowed to roam. After seeing how well the installation went and how well it kept the dog in the yard our neighbors have inquired about the fence. Overall, a fantastic experience would high recommend to anyone.

In spite of the rain, the job went very well. Elijah placed the garden fence right where we wanted it and attached it to the perimeter fencing. He was very careful not to disturb anything in the garden and the surrounding grass did not look like it had even been touched! Great job!

Company was very punctual and responsive during all phases of the project, from the initial evaluation/estimate, to installation, to follow-up training. Took time to instruct us with regard to the operation of the fence and answer all questions about training our dog. Everyone associated with the company was friendly and very easy to work with. During the installation they made every effort to minimize impact to the existing landscaping. About a week after installation the fence stopped working and the unit was beeping. They responded very quickly to fix the problem, which turned out to be the fact that my kids dug a hole right on top of the buried fence and cut the line. They fixed it at no cost to me. Excellent company and employees.

The appointment was set on the day I agreed to and Natasha made sure to contact me via email, text, and a phone call to confirm the appointment. Dave, the installer was prompt,courteous and was excellent with my dog, Sinclair. He did a great job installing the fence and was generally interested in my dog and did a great job training me and Sinclair for the first part of the training.Dave was also very observant to how Sinclair reacted to the training as well. I have no doubt that I will be continuing to be satisfied with the upcoming training and service as I was when I had my first fence installed! Way to go Ralph,Natasha, Mike and Dave!

The new Boundary Plus Installation was wonderful. It took a few hours to have the underground wire and power box installed. There is minimal impact to the yard on the day of installation. We had no need to plant new grass. The driveway cut (to run the wire underneath our driveway) was sealed and smooth that same day. We completed a week of indoor training with a small device we plugged into the wall for our dog to understand the collar's signals before the system was turned "on". The trainer from Invisible Fence came to our house twice to teach us how to work with our dog and get her used to the new safe boundaries. Our dog was young and afraid when she came to us. Invisible Fence Lehigh Valley worked with our dog to make this important safety solution successful. We are 100% pleased with the level of service and commitment to our dog's understanding and comfort with this product. Our dog is very comfortable, happy and safe with the Invisible Fence in our yard. If you question whether your dog can conquer learning this system and be successful and happy outside using the Invisible Fence product, our dog and the supportive and knowledgeable team at Invisible Fence Lehigh Valley are all the proof you need. I highly recommend this team and this product. Your dog will be safe in your yard and have much more freedom than being held on a leash or attached to a ground stake/chain. Boundary Plus maximizes all of your available yard space. We do not have a large lot, so without Boundary Plus, our dog would have only had access to a few feet of space circling the radius of the house to allow for the signal requirements of the original system. For a small premium, we got A LOT more available yard space for the money. The new technology worked well right form the start. The battery replacement plan for the transmitter on the collar is a good value and keeps you on schedule so there are no gaps/accidents. We highly recommend going with this plan. There is also a lifetime warranty on the Invisible Fence equipment. If we ever move, we can take the system with us (except for the underground wire) and the warranty stays with us forever. Re-running the wire at a new location is easy to do and a minor cost compared to purchasing the whole system again. This is a valuable benefit. This is a very solid product with a service team in the Lehigh Valley who is committed to making things work for you and your dog. We would rate Invisible Fence Lehigh Valley a "5 Star" business. Services included the initial in home consultation on 10/02/12 by a member of the sales team. The salesman was accommodating to my schedule and agreed to and did meet me at an early hr on a Saturday morning before I went into work. The salesman (who at one point was an installer) was extremely knowledgeable about the products and pricing as well as the installation and training details. The consultation was extremely organized and thorough including introduction to my dog as well as a complete walk through of the space that I wanted bound by the fence. As the consultation concluded I was confidant that I made the right choice to have Invisible Fence Lehigh Valley install the system at my home. Installation occurred on 19 OCT 2012 but as Murphey's law dictates if there is something to "go wrong" it probably will and in my case despite a week filled with beautiful weather torrential rains set the stage for the install but once again the installer arrived promptly at the agreed to time ready to work. We immediately got to work going over the schematic the salesman drew directly onto the quote including installation locations for controls and wire as well as any special instructions. Installation was relatively quick (lasting roughly 4hr) and despite the downpour my yard was not affected much at all. Besides being very competent and efficient it was easy to see that the installer was happy in what he did and the company he worked for as well as took pride in his work. The installer also seemed to have a genuine love for animals and was a very effective trainer when it came time to teach my puppy what to expect with the fence. Subsequent training visits were also scheduled as part of the service and were geared toward training my pup how to respect the boundary without traumatizing him, and once again the experience was a pleasant one. Highly recommend..... give them the time to complete their thorough consultation and you will be pleased with the result with no surprises.

My entire experience with Invisible Fence was amazing. From the initial contact with Mike, who provided the estimate and answered all my (many) questions, to the trainer who worked with the dogs,to the office staff to schedule follow up appointments. his product is not the least expensive on the market, but is well worth the price. The cost includes the extensive training program - and the entire staff continues to follow up during the initial 30 days to ensure the system is working properly and the dogs are responding. I was skeptical that this would work as well as was indicated to me by Mike intially, but the system, and the staff, exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend them for installing and training. They are super helpful and very courteous and professional.

They are an incredible company who truly cares as much about animals and their protection as I do. I have had friends that bought their own fences to install but the results were never really the same. When someone tells me they had problems with their Invisible Fence and it didn't work, I always ask if they did the training EXACTLY as they were instructed. The answer is always the same, NO, i wasn't as diligent as I guess I should have been. When you are, it is incredible. Over the years the collars and transmitters have gotten lighter and some of the training methods have changed to make it even easier and quicker to get your pet acclimated to the fence. I can't even imagine how different our lives would be without the fence. I live in the country and spent many hours, and sometimes days looking for my dogs who somehow escaped when no one was watching them, before I found out about and invested in "THE INVISIBLE FENCE" and Ralph and his team! They are the best!!
