 + 0 moreHorrible. Broke my ceramic tile and refused to replaced the tile and refused somebody to install it.

Description of Work: Home Depot is responsible for the measure (fee is then refunded if job is booked). Once measured, Home Depot contacts you with an estimate of cost of materials and labor. Then their contractor contacts you to actually scheduke the installation. You must have the purchased materials I believe in order to actually schedule the install.

 + -1 moreThey were very prompt, imformative and respectful. They had to come out 2 more times to level the machines because my floors are uneven. They did not charge for these service calls because I purchased the washer and dryer from them.

 + -1 moreI am very happy with them. They did a really nice job. They showed up on time. They were prompt. They took their time and it all turned out really nice. I would use their service in the future too.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreWe spent about $700. We got a 12-year warranty and they provided very good service. They were very helpful. They also had their serviceman call us and explain everything. They were out within a day. We haven?t had any problems at all. The price we paid was very reasonable. We would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: Home Depot Inc. installed a hot water heater for us in November. They took the old one out and then put the new one in less than an hour.
