Best Maid Forever

I used them for approx. 6 months and they a good job but last fall they stopped showing up on scheduled days and they had lost a lot of their help and we always got new people and they no longer did a good job. Than they just stopped completely.

Two weeks ago I attempted to confirm a standing 3 hour service appointment. After multiple emails and phone calls Veronica emailed saying she had lost a staff member and was concerned she could not keep the 9am appointment which was scheduled for 3 days later. I explained we were flexible with the time, and would be available all day. I asked her to please confirm, which she did the following day, for 2 hours at 245pm. The day of the appointment, I received an email from Veronica at 250pm indicating the team she scheduled would not be able to make it. While I wasn't pleased to get this email 5 mins after they were due, I asked her to please call me to reschedule. I proceeded to follow up with emails and phone calls for approximately one week. I can only assume Veronica has either gone out of business, or has chosen to no longer provide service, as I have not received any response from her. I am disappointed that I have not heard back from Veronica. I would be willing to overlook the last minute cancelation, but the lack of professionalism, demonstrated by no communication, is unacceptable. I wish her much success if she is still in business.
