We needed our chimney looked t so we can use it for the winter

This company was able to schedule an appointment for me in less than a week, they found the solution to my problem and as now they're working on getting the parts needed to finish the job.

Ron has cleaned our fireplace before. He is without a doubt passionate about doing a great job and has an exemplary work ethic. I would not consider another company for my flu/chimney cleaning requirements. Cannot recommend highly enough. Totally worth waiting for when you need to book in advance. This is a lovely smaller company who I am so happy to have come across who are not affiliated with some big conglomerate.

Had issues with fireplace Logan was fantastic took his time explained everything and gave tips and advice on many things. Definitely recommend very friendly and great customer service. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

First time needing a chimney sweep to service,. Easy to deal with over the phone, honest and open communication as high potential for weather delays if raining. Absolutely impressed with the attention to details and overall finished work. We have gone from a squeaky flu opening to gliding and almost silent, the steel box is glistening. We even got a lesson on how to best operate the fire to send the heat into the house instead of up the chimney. We will rebook for sure.

Our stove was backing up with smoke. Logan went out of their way to fit us in quickly and sort out our blocked flue. Highly recommended.
