They did everything they said they would. Showed up on time to assess work. They gave a reasonable estimate. Showed up as promised to complete work and most importantly fixed the issue. I would hire again.

Need repairs at my rental home, it was easy to get a free estimate. He scheduled to services quickly to avoid additional water damage. Communication was seamless throughout the process and provided pictures to ensure work was completed as well as recommendations for maintenance to avoid additional repairs . My tenants were pleased with his professionalism and punctuality. I will definitely use in the future and would not hesitate refer to my family, friends and neighbors.

Chris Jackson’s crew has been phenomenal for us, working on our shed after a tree fell on it, re-sealing the exteriors of our windows and, most recently, shoring up a derelict front walk way that’s been plaguing us since we moved into our house in 2020. Reliable scheduling, friendly employees and clear/fair pricing can’t be beat.

Chris and his employees are great! They arrived on time and began the various projects. They were courteous and professional. Any question that I had was explained and they showed me how to maintain my home. I hired them for electrical and some outdoor projects. They cleaned their areas even better than what I had. I am extremely happy as to the work that was completed. I am planning to hire them again for future projects

The job was done right and exceeded our expectations. The crew was efficient, friendly and professional. They even noticed a couple of smaller things that needed attention and fixed them at no charge. This is the second time Chris has done work for us and probably won't be the last.

Chris and his team were great. They went above and beyond to fix the trim and paint peeling issues I had and generally make my house look great. I will definitely consider them again, especially for exterior trim projects.

I was contacted by Chris on Monday from a request for a quote on Angi on Sunday. Chris came on Wednesday to give me a quote and had his crew Tony and Nick there on Friday. They were very thorough, and polite. When talking with Chris, it seemed like no task was too small. They fixed my toilet, re-caulked my shower, fixed my kitchen sink and cleaned out my dryer vent. I would definitely be contacting Chris and his guys again for any future projects..

Chris's contracting crew was one the best experiences I have had in a long while. Ethan and Grant were awesome. They were very informative and double double check their work to make sure I no longer had any leaks from my toilet into my kitchen ceiling. They cleaned their area and work great together as a team. The painter (sorry I could not remember your name) with the cool earring was also very professional and explained each steps. He took his time and made sure I was satisifed with the job. his swirl are better then the orginials. Thank you so much Chris Contracting. I will be reaching out again for some floor work :) and any maintenance I may need.

Chris and his guys are the most prompt and reliable crew to work with. He did some outside work at our house (deck repair and staining and some other repair work) and also did a ton of important jobs for my mom (cleaning the boiler heat exchanger, creating a small dog fence area very quickly and repairing a deck). His costs feel fair and he is very communicative and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. We’re very glad to have such a capable, responsive, honest person to contact when we need home repairs.

Chris Jackson and his team where absolutely excellent! They did a few small jobs and replaced our front Portico. The design that they came up with was beyond want we imagined. The guys were prompt, tidy, and very polite. Chris and his team kept in contact the entire job via call or text to know when they need to be away for the day and when returning. I would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them if anyone needs a great contractor.

Chris Jackson has done work for us twice on our 5-unit multi-family apartment building – once in December 2022, and then also in January 2023. Chris’ work is high quality – he’s a seasoned contractor, handyman and "master of the "punch list" who can handle both interior and exterior issues. His expertise includes electrical, gas stove repair, faucet repair, changing locks, repairing doors, putting in thresholds and transitions, repairing windows and screens, insulating pipes, mold remediation, putting in drywall, finishing and painting, cement work, boiler work, downspout repair, and more. On top of this, Chris is a personable fellow and cares about his customers. I’m a relatively new property owner -- Chris’ advice about property safety issues and tenant relations has been helpful. More importantly though, Chris himself is a landlord, and sees things from an owner’s point of view. Here's why this is important: When I explained there was a water-damaged hallway/stairwell repair project that needed to be done incrementally due to cash flow – Chris understood immediately, and explained how it could be done in sensible, lower-cost phases. I so appreciated his flexibility. This is a big deal, because when another vendor (not Chris) gave us an estimate for a long-list of electrical projects, he absolutely refused to break it into smaller phases. We plan to hire Chris again, we've recommended him to other owners, and are preparing our next “punch list.”

Task: Repair or reattach the existing 10' upper Rain gutter downspout to a two story house.(Uppermost top location). This section needs to be mounted or securely fastened to brick in several spots. Chris Jackson's Contracting He was one of three that replied to my Angi list post on Sunday evening. The other two did not respond to my service call. His promptness of his reply was the next day with a follow up phone call. After brief discussion, he quoted a price and scheduled a Tuesday morning session. He arrived within the window of his time promise. Also, He was EPA certified and Insured. He provided quality workmanship with proper tools, ladder and materials to complete this task within a few hours. Additionally, he performed to clean out clogged elbow downspouts before all sections were to be connected as well. I was impressed with his response time and his courtesy and professional approach to this service call. I would recommend him.

Chris was there when he said he would be and the work flowed at a nice pace. He didn't mind if I came into the room to watch and when I said that maybe I should leave leave him to his work, he told me it was fine and he liked the conversation, and showed me what he was doing at every turn. He seems to enjoy what he was doing and my wife and I are very happy with the work that he did

Chris and his team did a fantastic repair and most importantly was the only person who had the decency to return my call and show up texting me with consideration that he was held up with an emergency but would be there. Yes, I would hire him again.

Over a year ago, I wanted to install a washer and dryer upstairs in my bathroom. The job required a 220 and 110 electrical line and new plumping. I had 3 contractors come to my house to ***** the job. For various reasons, each contractor said the job couldn't be done and recommended the washer and dryer be placed in the basement. I didn't give up. I searched and searched the internet until Angie's List recommended several names. I went with Handyman Chris Jackson. I sat down with Chris and explained my frustration and intentions. He listened, explained what he could do and gave me a very good price. In addition to major work in the bathroom, he also completed 13 other jobs around the house. The entire job was completed in a week. Everything that I imagined turned out absolutely outstanding. I am truly impressed with Chris' professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, and ability to envision what I wanted without trying to dissuade me. His crew was very polite and skillful. I am fortunate and grateful in acquiring Chris. I'm planning on hiring him in the spring and would recommend him to anyone. This old house will never be the same thanks to Chris Jackson!

MOST OF WORK WENT SMOOTHLY, WITH A FEW "HITCHES" THAT WERE PROMPTLY ADDRESSED. CHRIS WAS VERY INVOLVED AND HIS WORKMEN WERE EXCELLENT. THE PROJECT COST A BIT MORE THAT WAS BUDGETED FOR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MINOR CHANGES THAT I ASKED FOR. CHRIS EVEN RETURNED TO MY CONDO A MONTH AFTER JOB WAS COMPLETED,TO FIX A REPAIR ISSUE(thanks, Chris)! I NOW HAVE 2 BEAUTIFUL BATHROOMS!

This review is a little late, as Chris was here in July. The job went great as always. And the results met my expectations as I knew they would. I have used Chris for the last five years for various jobs and I am never disappointed. I already have a list prepared for the upcoming year. Chris converted a tiny, useless, cupboard into a linen closet, added shelves in my daughter's bedroom, installed a railing, refinished the wall at the top of our stairs, installed an outlet, and installed a laundry tub in our basement. He even connected it into a drain. I thought that we would have to use a bucket it under it and empty it each time, so that was an added bonus. Looking forward to having him back in the new year to lay some subfloor, paint, and install some doors plus a few electrical outlets. Chris, My honey do list is growing.

Chris returned my call and met me to review the various repairs needed to be performed. The date was set to start the work, which was completed in 2 days. Most of the project was completed on the first day. There was a break between the work being completed because the windows had to be ordered, which was expected. Everyone on the crew was polite and responsive to any questions I asked. I plan to hire again for many more repairs in the future.
