Joseph Bardi is very rude, speaks over you, receptionist Michelle also spoke over me, they placed me on speaker violating my privacy without proper consent. Joseph Bardi spoke over me countless times and raise his voice at me. They no call no show on first scheduled appt. claimed to have partial phone number but never called PA American water to get the proper info. Cody tech came out 5 minutes says we only cover blockages. And took my $50 copay. Did nothing. I cut pipe open and there was a rock constricting 3/4 of the drain hole. After Joe hung up on my when I expressed his poor customer service and attitude, they neglected to answer next call. Kate was also rude over speaking me cutting me off a speed talking while trying to document notes. I do not recommend this company. I fear they treat people poorly and take advantage of the average home owner. I have been doing customer service for 21 years I never experience this kind of treatment or violation of privacy or disrespect. Nor would I service my clients this way. He also deleted his yelp after our call. I’m a 39 year old man single home owner no matter what the issue clients deserve respect. I wouldn’t trust this person in my home with the level of treatment they provided. When I expressed if they hung up on my again or continue to speak over me I would travel in person to speak professionally, they used the “harassment card” .

He missed the original scheduled appointment and was late for the second. When he did arrive he went right to work and finished the work in about 15 minutes and did a good job. He charged me $125.00 for the work which I felt was extremely high for such a small job. Unfortunately, we had another incident which required a plumber immediately and decided to go ahead a call him again. This time he called and cancelled but rescheduled the appointment for the next day. However, the next day he did not show or call.

When I got my water bill it was for over 100.00 dollars, OMG something is wrong I live alone, I called the water company and she said I must have a hidden leak, it usually the toilet she said, put some food coloring in tank wait 5 minutes if it shows in the bowl you have a hidden leak. I put in the food coloring and didn't have to wait 5 minutes it showed up in an instant. I called waterworks plumbing on the word of a friend, Joe and his son showed up, Joe said he would look at the toilet and his son would start cleaning the furnace, my toilet was fixed in no time at all and Joe went down to help his son clean my furnace, my chimney and put in some new nozzles and filters and before I knew it they were done. WOW I was impressed, they were friendly and very respectful. Everything came to 165.00! Amazing!! I mentioned to Joe I thought that I had air in my lines because my heat is just not right ( I told this to the company that installed my furnace about 8 years ago they sent someone again and again and still the heat was the same, they charged me for every visit too) Joe said when I turn the furnace on this year call him and he will bleed the lines from the upstairs down, this is how it's supposed to be done!!
