+ -1 moreMost unprofessional admin staff I have ever encountered. We had our home re-keyed by this company and 3 days after moving in our lock just stopped working. I called to have someone come out to repair and the customer service reps proceeded to give us the run-around. Put us on hold for 30 minutes before disconnecting our call or saying they would have a tech contact us. They do TERRIBLE work that is only outdone by their abhorrent customer service. DO NOT use this company - they will take your money, do subpar work and then try to ignore any complaints.
