we took a while to finally decide on what we were going to use. the salesman was more than helpful and extremely patient. we asked to schedule this after we returned from a planned vacation, he scheduled us when we signed the final contract which was almost two months later. the job went perfectly, so much care was given to our furniture and they did an excellent job not only with the install but the cleanup too. we couldn't have asked for anything more. I have been giving out his business card all week.

Store was very helpful in purchase of carpet with plenty of information and answers to all of our questions. Took a little longer than first estimated to install but not that big of a deal. Installation was OK but not as good as I expected with some of the edges not cut as well or as close to the walls as I would expect. He said since the carpet was brand new it will take some time to "bloom" and it should look better. after that. Also in a couple of places on the carpet there are "lines" where the carpet sticks up just a bit from the rest of it. The carpet was glued down. When I questioned the owner (who was also the installer) about it he said it should recede in about a month. Sounds like a blow off to me but we'll see. He did cut an extra aluminum piece for me to install as a border in front of the door that leads in and out of the house. This was not part of the original deal and he did it at no charge. Was easy to deal with throughout the process.

They narrow our expectations, they had everything done quickly and it was high quality.

First visit to store. Was very friendly and helpful with Suggestions on kind of carpet they would Recommend for my needs and price. They did a great job with installation as I had a lot of heavy furniture That had to be moved. They were neat and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future

The whole process went very well- from start to finish! We visited The Carpet Store & More to look at bamboo flooring samples, and to get an idea for what our options would be given the type of house (split-level), the existing flooring (wood composite glued to a concrete slab), and our price points for flooring and installation. Ed and Bill were friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process! Bill came to the house to look at the layout, take measurements, and make note of anything potentially out-of-the-ordinary that might need to be considered during the process. Because of the age of the house, we had a variety of baseboards, in varying degrees of shape, that needed to be considered during the install. And as we decided to install over top of the existing floor, most of the baseboards had to be removed and either re-installed, or replaced entirely (depending on how well they came away during the installation process). We were away from the house during the installation process. We left most of the furniture in place, as well as the appliances in the kitchen connected and also in place. Upon our return, we were very, very happy with the results. We're extremely pleased with their work, and the care they took with our home. The bamboo floor looks amazing! The tile was laid beautifully and neatly. The baseboards look better than they ever have; Bill re-used what he could, and replaced what he couldn't salvage from the initial installation. He also corrected issues we hadn't formally noted during the walk-through (namely adding wood to a concrete step that had always been bare, and adding baseboard to sections where it was missing before). The appliances were all back where they belonged (plugged in and working). The furniture was back in place, and the house was as neat as a pin. 5 stars for The Carpet Store & More.

Nothing could have gone better. We bought an old house and have had to have everything redone. Every time a new contractor would come to my house i would cringe, expecting them to uncover something new and costly. But everything went as planned. the new floors look wonderful, everything was on schedule, they treated our house like it was their own. Will even walked our dog everyday. We have used this company before in another home so we knew this was the best choice. we can always count on the carpet store to give us the best job possible. we will be having the second floor bathrooms redone next spring and look forward to being at the flooring stage because we know it will go smoothly.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST SERVICE. WE TOOK SAMPLES HOME FOR OVER A WEEK TO SEE WHAT KIND OF CARPET WE WANT. CARPET INSTALLATION WAS PROMPT AND THEY VACUUMED OUR NEW RUGS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

They returned calls and were very pleasant to work with. They were cooperative right off the bat.

THE CARPET STORE WAS VERY PLEASANT & HELPFUL TO DEAL WITH, FROM THE OWNERS TO THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE PROMPT, NEAT, AND VERY NICE TO HAVE IN MY HOME.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, AND WE ARE GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN WHEN WE DO SOME ADDITIONAL CARPET REPLACEMENT NEXT YEAR. THEY HAD SOME CONFUSION WITH THEIR TRUCKING ARRANGEMENTS, AND SO OUR INSTALLATION COULD NOT HAPPEN ON THE DATE PROMISED. HOWEVER, THE WORK WAS GOOD WHEN DONE AND THEY WERE VERY ANXIOUS TO MAKE IT UP TO US FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE, GRANTING US A DISCOUNT ON THE CARPET INSTALLATION.
