Overall it went great!

The techs really seemed to know what they were doing, they were extremely thorough and we are going to hire them next year to do a follow up. The price was a bit high but we knew that from that estimate. The only bees we see now are dead ones.

This guy knows his stuff! He is obviously an expert and he's charming as can be. (I didn't realize that he's written books and been on TV for this stuff!) I was eager to solve the problem because we have young children. It took longer than expected to get the treatment BUT only because he wanted to wait for all of the eggs to be in the ground and he had to do it at dusk to get any adult bees who would be in their nests. While he was here, I asked him about our back porch which was also lousy with bees (so bad that the kids wouldn't play on the porch) and he treated it for no extra charge. We haven't seen any more miner bees and the porch is usable again! The neighbors griped about the plastic on the lawn, but as I pointed out to them, it was for their kids' safety too. If you have a stinging insect problem, call The Bee Man! I heard from neighbors that he had been checking the progress under the tarp in the evenings, which really impressed me. Also the work is guaranteed through Dec.

Very polite; returned call right away and came next day as promised. Guaranteed work and said to call if yellow jackets were not all killed. I've not seen a yellow jacket since he visited.

Very responsive, and performed the work the same morning it was requested. Seemed like the price was high, but overall very satisfied.

I called Mr. Abraham on a Saturday morning. He was very prompt, arriving by 2:00 that afternoon. In addition to removing the hive, he provided tips for avoiding infestations in my home. The price charged was approx $50 less than another company that I contacted. Although I hope that I don't have to deal with bees again, if I did I would not hesitate to call ''The Bee Man''.

I left a message for the Bee Man around 11 A.M. He returned my call that afternoon and came to treat the problem that same evening. He did a great job removing all the bees. He was polite, and completely explained all that he was doing. I never expected such a prompt response. I would call him again for any type of bug problem.

The Bee Man came the same day I called. Determined exactly where the nest was and gave us two options- 1) He would spray and kill the bees and leave the nest in the wall, or 2) Spray and cut into the drywall and remove the nest. The first option was half the cost of the second option. The concern was whether or not there would be a smell once the bees nest started decomposing. We took a risk and went with the first option. He did guarantee if it started to smell that he would come back and only charge us the difference. Lucky for us, no smell and no bees. Would use him again since he was so effective, however, $260 to drill some holes and spray did seem pricey to me.

Kevin was here within an hour of my call, since I was on his way to another call. He accommodated my wish to use a less-toxic alternative (pyrethrin instead of carbaryl), explained my options clearly, answered my questions, and performed the work on the spot. Couldn't have been better - the job is guaranteed for 4-1/2 months.

He knows his stuff! He is very quick and efficient. He's been doing this for many years and has even written a book about the African killer bees. He's very pleasant and arrived in a very timely manner! Would definitely recommend him and/or would use his services if the need arises.
