Description of Work: I called to inquire about skylights. My inquiry was quickly answered by Craig. An appointment was made for consultation, selection, and installation, All went smoothly. The work was impeccable, no mess, would never know they were there. All completed in one day with no evidence of work. They are exceptional, I love my skylights- purchased three total. Informed of tax refund information. A must hire if looking for skylights!

Description of Work: I had two skylights and a sun tunnel installed in an upstairs bedroom and hallway. Craig and Paul were fantastic, discussing several options for skylights in both areas with me. The skylights really transform the space in the bedroom and the hallway is lit beautifully by the sun tunnel. Both Craig and Paul were extremely nice to work with - the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy. I was extremely impressed with both of them and would hire them again without any hesitation should the need ever arise.

Description of Work: Sun-Up replaced my defective skylight. There workmanship was perfect. They were also recommended with 5 Stars from Velux, the manufacturer of the skylight. Their price was substantially less than other companies. Besides the 20 year warranty on the actual skylight, Sun-Up gives a 10 year warranty on their work. I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: This company recently replaced two (2) large skylights that were leaking. Craig was very responsive to my urgent situation. He provided a reasonable bid and a prompt, professional and painless installation. It was a real pleasure to do business with him and I would definitely recommend him and call him for any future work.

Description of Work: CraigThorslund (Owner) initially came by to look at the job on 02/15/11. I was having roof leakage in my entryway and was taking bids for a skylight replacement, chimney reflashing and some roofing repair and replacement. His bid came reasonably soon after and seemed reasonable in comparison with other bids I had received. With the lousy weather we were having (rain, snow, rain, snow) and prior commitments - Craig was unable to get to the work until 03/21/2011. He brought with him a sub-contractor (Kaib Construction) to assist with the extraneous roofing work. There was also some plywood replacement that was necessary due to water damage from the leakage. The crew was professional, curteous and knowledgeable. The work looks good and I've had no further water intrusion with overnight rains. If things stay dry thru the thunderstorms due this afternoon, I'll be a happy man. With that caveat, I'd recommend Craig to others.
