Craig was punctual, got the job done before winter hit (as promised), and cleaned everything up perfectly before leaving.

This company was a pleasure to work with... phone calls, quote & installation were all without problems or delays.

I had a skylight that was leaking in my sunroom. Craig came to assess the situation, explained why the window was leaking and recommended replacement windows that were appropriate for my roof pitch. When I got the estimate, Craig was very responsive to any questions I had about the bid. They called to schedule the installation a few days out. Craig and another guy came on a Saturday morning and in less than 4 hours had both old skylights out, new ones installed and everything cleaned up. It was such a fast and easy process to work with Sun-Up. I even received a hand written thank you card from them as a follow up, which I really appreciated that personal touch.

They did a wonderful job. We were extremely pleased. There was a little bit of appointment confusion, but it worked out. They handled it very well. They were installing them in my office and I was able to work all day without interruption. There was no mess. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner came out at the end of the day to check the installation. I was very pleased.

They arrived on time, and stayed all day. They removed all the debris, and cleaned up nicely, even vacuuming the kitchen floor and windowsills. The skylight windows were cleaned, inside and out, and they look great. Would use this company again without hesitation.

Working with Craig and his team was a breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable about the product and installation process. The price was fair and we were able to get Velux skylights with tempered glass. He is responsive and kept in touch about the planned installation. He and his crew were careful during installation and kept the mess to a minimum. If you're looking for skylight replacement, look no further. Most roofing companies don't even want to bother with skylight replacement. But these guys excel in this area that few seem to want to actually do. Glad I was referred to them.

Sun-Up was not able to perform the work due to the type of installation but contacted another contractor for me who would be able to perform the work. The contractor called me shortly after I hung up with Sun-Up and scheduled an appointment to look at the problem. Sun-Up has done work at my home in the past. The service exceeds that of any contractor I've hired and the customer service is exemplary. I very highly recommend Sun-Up Construction.

Had 2 older skylights that need to replaced. Called a bunch of different roofers and they were more interested in roofing than replacing skylights. Called a roofer that was listed on Angie's page. He said he no longer does work in my area (Cranberry), but said that I should use Velux skylights because they were good. I looked on Angie's list again, specifically for companies that replace skylights and found these guys., and they happen to use Velux. They gave me a fair price and had them up in a week. They were extremely polite and professional, job was done clean inside and out, and they had all of the insurances. My roof is very high, and that wasn't a problem for them. I am not easily pleased, but these did that. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Craig and his team were awesome. I had recently bought a new home and unfortunately was left with 2 leaky skylights. Craig was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He was able to get me on his schedule to have both skylights replaced quickly. I highly recommend using his team and services.

I simply can?t say enough good about Craig and his crew. I had hired two different contractors, that I trusted and had prior experience with, to replace a leaking skylight in my master bathroom. Months later, after neither contractor proved they would show up and once the leak developed into a constant drip that required towels and buckets when it was raining, I finally found Craig on Angie?s List. I called him, he came out that day, provided a detailed quote with clear options for desired features, and was able to accommodate our needs to replace the skylight sooner than initially estimated. From arranging and receiving the quote to signing the agreement and setting up the appointment for replacement, Craig was very easy to work with. Once the skylight was received from Velux, Craig called to set up the replacement appointment. He provided the date and time and, given my prior experience(s), to my surprise, he showed up a few minutes early, ready to complete the job. Craig and his crew were courteous, efficient, and effective ? no more leak! In addition, they cleaned up their worksites within the house and outside. The new skylight works exactly as Craig said it would. I was so impressed with the service I received that I asked Craig what else he does? it is hard to find a good contractor that does what they say they will. Unfortunately, he said skylights are all he does. But, in the end, I appreciate that because, from my experience with him, he is a master at what he does! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Excellent. (repeat customer) We were so happy with our first installed skylight from Craig, we had him come back. He does repairs of older skylight and installs new ones. Professional, fast efficient work. I am a building inspector and see alot of poor workmanship. Craig knows his stuff and we would be happy to use him again. The owner was prompt, professional and did a fine job replacing my skylights nearly a year ago which have held up great. I would not hesitate to use Sun-Up in the future, but as these are my only 2 skylights, hopefully I will not have the need to do so!

We were looking for a contractor who specialized in skylights and found one in SUN-UP construction. SUN-UP construction is based in Wexford, PA, almost an hour away from Greensburg, yet were willing to work for us. Craig (the owner) was super-responsive to all phone and email messages, and he was able to email documentation and quotes to me as well. Craig came to our house, clearly stated all costs, provided a range of options, including ways to save with tax credits. After a down-payment to order the skylight, Craig quickly arranged for an installation, so as not to delay our overall project, and was also able to coordinated well with our prime contractor on our bathroom installation. A top-notch professional installation!

Craig stopped out to property and reviewed our skylight problem. We had 2 broken skylights that needed replaced immediately. He quickly provided an estimate for the work and various choices for replacement skylights. The package of information he provided was very thorough and helpful. After selecting the right model and answering all my questions, Craig then set up and installation date that was convenient for my schedule (a Saturday morning). He then completed the work in a very timely manner. Craig was professional and very personable. I would highly recommend Sun-Up Construction for any skylight needs.

After talking with Craig at the Home Show in March, we called and left a message. He called us back within 1 day, set up an appointment for 3 days later, then came at the time scheduled. He is quiet, but knowledgeable and very professional. We were extremely impressed with his ability to assess our problem and offer a solution. We received a detailed estimate within 3 days, and have sent Craig our deposit. He is really busy, so won't getto us intil late May or early June, but we are confident our work will be completed properly. UPDATE: Craig called on 4/29 and indicated he would be able to install our two skylights on Monday, 5/5 - - which was great - much sooner than we had expected! He arrived on time, and he and his partner, Derick, worked diligently on our project, stopping only for lunch break. They completed the work at 3PM,then cleaned up, both inside and outside our home. We are extremely pleased with the work done, and would not hesitate to use this company again.

The installation was quick & efficient. Professional & competent. And no surprises regarding price. The price I was quoted on the phone was exactly the amount I wrote the check out for. I called Craig to ask for his opinion regarding which tunnel to install - the smaller 7" one or the larger 10". My budget could bear either size. I was quite surprised and impressed that he recommended the smaller one for my corridor. A less reputable installer would have tried to recommend the larger one for more profit. Definitely would use again if I needed to.
