The project went very smoothly. Solely took approximately 4 days to do several floors in the home. The results were great and I couldn’t be happier. The workers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Again I must say the floors came out great. The price was very reasonable and by far got the best quote from these guys. I would not hesitate to have them do another job for me.

From the start to finish, this company was excellent in every encounter and in delivery of service. I am very satisfied! Floors were in very distressed condition as they were very old and the wood was difficult because it was very hard wood so it took much sanding and patient work. Byron did not short cut the process but instead did the professional thing and kept at it until he got the best result possible, even though it cost more time on his end than he thought it would. Results speak for themselves--floors look absolutely beautiful!! And this company was the best price around! Call them-- both the front office ( Jennifer) and team on the job (Byron) are pros and customer service is top notch!

I would highly recommend Sand Free to anyone refinishing hardwood floors. Jenn and Bryon were great from every aspect of the process. The work was completed on time and looks wonderful. We had about 1000 sq feet of hardwood sanded/refinished and a banister on our stairs. It was started on a Monday and completed by midday Thursday. They were careful around the walls and baseboards only getting small amounts of stain on them. Be sure to tape the baseboards with a good painters tape (I used Frog tape).

Job could not have gone smoother. Installed kitchen flooring on day one...sanded/stained kitchen and LR on day 2. On day 3, Bryon and crew applied 3 coats of water based urethane...they came back on day four and replaced furniture. A great locally owned business... would recommend in a heart beat...

They are very professional and the work was finished in only 2 two days. I would recommend removing or taping the quarter round prior to stainning (I didn't). We didn't realize there would be a few areas on the kitchen quarter round that are now two toned. Overall they did a great job, I would hire them again.

We ended up switching from the sandless method to sanding since we wanted to change the color significantly and had some very rough spots. The floors look great. No complaints about them at all! The team also helped move big furniture as well for a small additional charge. We recommend SandFree.

They stripped the floor to the natural wood with a sander attached to vacuum. Next, they applied the stain. The next day a polyurethane finish was applied every two hours. Done
